This was the perfect workout for me. I've been down with Covid this past week. Even with the vaccines and booster, I've been pretty sick and haven't been able to do any of my normal workouts. I did this today as my first workout because I'm starting to feel better. And it was the perfect amount of gentle but got me warmed up. Thank you!
I slept in, am sore from the week's workouts and didn't have much time this morning.....but made a promise to myself to keep moving even on days I don't think I have time or want to. This was perfect for those days!! Amy is the best!🤗
I share RUclips exercise videos with a group of friends in the 70 year age range. I have shared yours and we have to modify a bit because your target audience is not our demographic, but that’s ok. This was awesome for us. I added 10 min of stationary bike before the final stretches. For your younger audience, it’s probably a nice recovery program. For some of us oldies, it’s a nice gentle cardio. Please do more!

I’m having a hard time getting back into an exercise program, so this 22 min workout was perfect. I know 30 min is the goal on workout days, but 22 min is perfect for me to be where I’m at! Thank you for all you do 😊

This workout was just what I needed. I'm not a routine exerciser, I try and it doesn't seem to stick. My lower back is super tight so I didn't want to go into a full sculpt or HIIT workout. I feel fully stretched with my heart started for the day. Thank you for the variety of workouts!
I need more active recovery! Thursday’s are my recovery days and I don’t wanna do nothing so this was perfect for me to get my butt moving and enough to stretch out the sore muscles from hardcore workouts MTW

While this one was a great stretch, I think I prefer the more cardio-based versions. Also, I tried finding a channel for all the mobility workouts, but didn’t see one. Thanks!
I could not do day three workout ...so after I did this amazing routine I was motivated to do day 3 ....as always amazing format ....lots of love ❤️ Amy

Oh my gosh...this workout felt so good. The cardio came along for the ride, but the stretching was so what I needed today!!! Beautiful active recovery!!! Definitely will put this on my favorite recovery list and would love to see more of these type of classes. 😌💗
It felt strange giving myself permission to take it easy with this one today, but realized I really needed it when we were stretching out shoulders. I'm trying to follow the schedule this month ☺️

I missed Day 3 yesterday as well. So I did it this morning and was happy to see today was a shorter Active Recovery. Now I am caught up!
