I loved this, thank you!! I used 7s (and did the bulgarians with NO weights so I could focus on my current stability) but my bum is still absolutely toasted!! Thank you thank you!!
I only have 10s at home, but that was sufficient for quite the burn! Could maybe have handled slightly higher weights, but something to work up towards!
This was fun & tough! Used 7lbs/no weights on the thrusts (is it harder if the bench is higher? found them to be a big challenge using my bed as a bench) and 2 10lb weights for the rest, and 30lb kettlebell on the buddha squats.
Yes higher can make them a bit more awkward and therefore harder! But, if you felt the burn in the glutes, I’m happy! DANG that’s a heavy Buddha!!! Go girl!!

I used a 8 kg kettlebell for the squads, for the rest two 3kg dumbbells. Loved this work out, my glutes are burning !

I used 18lbs for the hip thrusts, 13lbs for the Bulgarian SS and 32lbs (in total) for the sumo squats. But I am proud of myself as I am 52 lol. 💪🏻

Try hinging forward a bit more and driving the back knee down at an angle 📐 rather than straight down beneath you!
