- Hey you guys!!! I’m so pumped to share this quick upper body metcon with you! All you need are a couple sets of dumbbells…something light, and something a little heavier! I used 5-15 lbs.
As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!) All forms of exercise pose some inherent risks. This was amazing!!! I'm having to ease myself into working out again after having no energy after my covid infection, and this was the perfect start.

Hi Kaitlin! I did your session with you, but I could only manage with 1 and 2 lbs dumbbells. It was sooo hard!😟
