    Ok workout details!! We are doing 4 circuits of 3 exercises👏🏼 The workout itself is 20 min of intense training…be ready! 45 seconds work with 15 seconds rest.
    My bell is 8kg but you can use whatever you’ve got, a dumbbell works too!
    As with any exercise, listen to your body! Don't do anything that causes you pain or discomfort (that isn't just the burn!) All forms of exercise pose some inherent risks. I advise viewers to take full responsibility for their safety and know their limits. These videos are for entertainment purposes only!

    love love LOVE this one! ANOTHER great from kaitlin! the single arm swing dead stop is a bit harder with a dumbbell only because its smaller, definitely not a deal breaker and that buddha squat at the end is MY FAVE! sweaty mess with NO jumping? yes ma'am!

    Amazing Kaitlin, thank you! Agree with others so well put together, I’m a sweaty mess but the time zoomed by 😆 I only had a 8kg dumbbell but that worked just fine to replace the kettle bell xx

    Hi Kaitlin! I just found your channel and recently started! Your class is amazing! I don't know if I am the only guy here. I could only manage with a 1 kg dumbbell, but I still couldn't finish the session. 😔

      @@trainerkaitlin Omg, you replied! This is so inspiring! I feel really weak as everyone here is so powerful and uses so many kg dumbbells in your session! I would like to be strong like that as well one day and also really to finish the session even if I use only 1 kg.
