- Today is the FINAL workout of the challenge! Day 7! And it’s super CHILL! Today we’re allowing the body to recover as we go through a move stretching routine. I’m so proud of you guys for making it to the end!

If I would have to choose my favourite, I would say day 4's lower body metcon, but I honestly enjoyed the mix of them all! You really are AMAZING at what you do. 🙌💕💪💕🙌💕💪

I loved wrapping up the challenge with this nice stretch. I actually added this at the end of the HIIT day because my body needed it. The combination of all of these workouts together was amazing. I think I liked the lower body superset and metcon the best. The side plank lifting that dinky dumbell was notably my LEAST favorite move of the entire challenge, but that probably means I need to do more. Thank you so much for this challenge.
