It also sucks that they used superman as a composite character, but just took dragonball/z/gt goku, and later didn't pick up on dragonball heroes stuff which is like archie sonic levels of ridiculous powerups from what i know

The whole point of One Punch Man is that he's the overpowered protagonist with no limit. For grounding purposes, in the show he's not presented at his full power at any point, doing everything with no effort. Comparing a character who is literally stated as limitless against a character with clear cut limits is absurd.

Okay so I've been seeing things about someone named anti spiral and them saying that they could easily beat goku but I don't know about it because I haven't seen the anime.

An important thing that videos like this don't seem to consider is the very fact that Saitama is not intended to be a serious character. He is a character that plays on the fact of being stronger than anyone else he comes across. That's the very premise of his growth ability. It's a satire on power creep by taking it to an extreme. When Saitama encounters a new stronger opponent, he grows to be exponentially stronger than that opponent. It doesn't matter how strong any other character is, Saitama will be stronger. That is the core of his character, and without that simple fact, you are no longer talking about Saitama. This is also not some fanboy rant, but just an analysis of his character. I enjoyed OPM, but no more than I enjoyed DB or any other shounen series.
