Heyo! This is something new I've been wanting to do for a while. Whenever someone asks me if I can debunk/cover something, I usually don't see it being a full video. This format lets me cover those questions, and serves as a bite sized video for periods I'm not uploading. Hope you all enjoy it!
Shorts are more for people who just like to scroll, and I want people to watch my content because they like it, not because it caught their interest momentarily. Plus, my home turf as a video editor is 16:9.
It's genuinely crazy how powerful some of Eggman's machines are. Usually based on how the games play you'd think at most him and Sonic are duking it out at maybe city block at most, but when you actually take a step back and look at how powerful Sonic and his friends REALLY are, suddenly Eggman's genius becomes utterly terrifying. This is the same man who's routinely able to make machines and devices that are, while not capable of defeating Sonic and Co, are able to at least last a decent amount of time against them. And then there's Metal Sonic, arguably Eggman's true greatest creation. After all, Metal is capable of going up against Sonic and consistently matching his speed, and as for Neo Metal Sonic, that's genuinely even more terrifying. Neo Metal is capable of surpassing Sonic consistently in the IDW comics (which are set in the same universe as the games), as well as copying the data of anyone he observes. Not only that, but's also capable of using the Chaos Emeralds, which is even scarier. Remember, Gerald needed the help of an alien warlord to create a being capable of using the Emeralds. Not Eggman though. All he needed was time. And the end result was a machine that arguably even surpassed Shadow.
@@Unremarkable6969make him the villain of any other franchise and they would all cooked bro Sonic ia dummy stupid strong and eggman still wins sometimes lmao

@goldenlightningYT db powerscalers are something else that’s for sure it’s either they say something that makes somewhat sense or it just feels like they don’t want their favorite character losing pull shit out of their ass
@goldenlightningYTAren’t movies non cannon since they take place in a different universe with different power levels for characters and other things. Also Broly is the strongest character there and was said to be universal at best,I don’t see garlic junior getting past it.
Considering sonic actually have immeasurable speed feats in sonic CD (the time travel by running at certain speeds past a sign) it would help metal sonics argument of being comparable to sonic since not only was that the first game he was truly introduced, but he also races against sonic and can beat him. The signs are confirmed to also be a game mechanic. So it could possibly mean that sonic can time travel just by running. Or that sonic can’t do that at all. (But generations helps support it)
In the game it is made clear that Sonic (and therefore Metal) can only travel in time with sheer speed due to the strange properties of time on Little Planet, and without being there the only way he has it's using the Time Stones, in SxS Gens it was rewritten a bit and when Tails tell him that they are traveling in time, he asks them "without the Time Stones?" He (and probably Metal too) is still able to repair the fabric of time by running, which is very impressive, but cannot travel normally through it without external means
@@somechupacabrawithinternet8866Especially since I’m pretty sure the guidebook for the game explicitly call out that Sonic needs to move at ‘light-speed’(whether hyperbole or, most likely, actually) to *utilize* a power that is distinctly not his and travel through time. CD *alone* probably proves Sonic is FTL, that’s all. Hell, it contradicts Infinite or Immeasurable CD!Classic Sonic during the events of CD since he obviously can’t be either while being only light speed.
Cell is a hodgepodge of some of the universe’s greatest warriors and Neo Metal Sonic was able to recreate data for Chaos based on some dna samples. Cell would look like buffet to Metal Sonic. Not to mention the androids are (somehow) fully intact inside Cell, both having infinite energy/stamina. Metal Sonic could potentially copy the very power that makes Cell perfect. Cell would win if he just went for the kill immediately but Cell also has the tendency to let fights drag on for his own amusement and to just mess with his opponent like in his fight with Vegeta and Trunks. And if Metal Sonic said that he’d be unstoppable with the Master Emerald or Chaos Emeralds, Cell might pull a Vegeta and let Metal transform. Cell is stronger but I genuinely believe Cell would self sabotage and lose 90% of the time.
I mean... did you even watch the video? Cell is definitely not stronger than Metal since Sonic was able to fight Infinite in his base form and Infinite is stated to be stronger than every enemy that came before, including things like Solaris and the Time Eater which are at the very least multiversal and that's with some heavy nerfing. Solaris is stated to be a Superdimensional being meaning that it's beyond the concept of dimensions and Super Sonic was still able to harm it (and current base Sonic should scale to this considering Infinite is stated to be the strongest villain yet by the time of Forces and obviously Metal Sonic scales to base Sonic). And keep in mind, that's Metal Sonic's BASE form, he still has his Neo form, his Super Neo form, Metal Overlord AND Master Overlord so yeah, Metal wins this pretty easily.
@ I don’t really think Solaris counts considering nobody in-universe remembers him. Infinite is pretty strong but to say that Sonic scales to him seems a little iffy, Sonic lost most of those fights and needed the Avatars help (who also had access to Wisps) to win in their final encounter. And that fight was after Infinite’s Phantom Ruby was drained from creating an entire Sun. Even then, it’s not like Infinite was down for the count, he started throwing as hissy fit and vanished due to Phantom Ruby shenanigans. And it’s like you said, we’re talking about base Sonic, if we had an actual Super Sonic boss battle in the game, all of this power scaling nonsense would at least be a little more clear. However, I do think he’s absolutely on par with Time Eater. Both even summon a miniature sun and the one Infinite made was definitely larger but making a Sun drained a lot of the Ruby’s power. So I’m thinking this might be a glass cannon type of situation, Infinite is technically stronger but only in terms of raw power.
@@nathanbrownlee9276 Well, thankfully from other comments, I remembered something that makes more sense and should be even stronger; the Egg Wizard was able to control a force called 'Power of the Stars' which not only holds the entire Sonic multiverse together but even other dimensions too. Nothing was retconned about that so the fact that Infinite is still stated to be the strongest yet means he should scale above that. Also, about Infinite himself, yes, in the final battle, the Phantom Ruby was drained but you didn't mention that halfway through that fight, Infinite states that the Phantom Ruby has fully recharged and he proves it by releasing energy that causes Sonic to stagger backwards. The avatar joining in doesn't really mean much since in Sonic's previous fight with Infinite, he was actually able to harm him (gameplay doesn't really mean much, Infinite is shown holding his head in the scene afterwards before stating that Sonic has improved which is how I know he was hurt) and the avatar only managed to survive against Infinite, there's no evidence they actually managed to hurt him. My main point about this is the durability scaling for Infinite, if Sonic was able to hurt him despite him being the 'strongest villain yet' then that means base Sonic should be capable of damaging the Egg Wizard; a being who could control the force holding dimensions together that is stronger than all the Chaos Emeralds and Sol Emeralds combined which means that Metal Sonic should be that powerful too, at least making them higher dimensional in terms of attack power. Yes, I know, it's stupid, Sonic absolutely should've gone Super in his last fight with Infinite but he didn't and now powerscalers have to deal with the consequences of that because now both Sonic and Metal in their base forms can defeat beings who are higher-dimensional.
@@lukasruston8618 Egg Wizard is definitely a better example, especially since both of them have a gem as a source of power. I think Infinite utilizes his Phantom Ruby better and in more creative ways than both Eggman’s and the Egg Wizard utilized the Jeweled Scepter. The best strength feat we got for Wizard was the “planet buster laser”. And we got to remember that Egg Wizard is still just a robot, and just because it has access to an infinite source of energy, doesn’t mean that it has an infinite output of energy. The androids from DBZ are a good example of this, they have infinite stamina and energy, they still have their weaknesses and have to grow stronger. I don’t think the scaling changes all that much between Egg Wizard and Time Eater, since both are reality warpers that needed to be taken out by two characters in their Super forms.
I unironically think Metal Sonic has the potential to be one of the most powerful Sonic characters given his actual copy hax. Wish they’d do more with him
And copying EVERYONE's abilities, skills and capabilities... Then Neo Metal Sonic could truly repeat his creator and sign "🎵I've Got The Master Plan!~🎵".
@@Abner-gu3ve Death Battle has a trend of nerfing Sonic characters I've noticed, even with the most recent one, they only gave a passing mention to the Egg Wizard which should canonically be Eggman's strongest mech that can control the force that holds the Multiverse and alternate dimensions together.
@@lukasruston8618 real shit. Eggman had so many powerful robots that he didn’t use in his fight against Bowser. I don’t care if Eggman loses, I just want Eggman to truly put up a serious fight
Honestly I thought you'd bring up the Metal Cooler speed feat for Cell considering Toei Cell Saga and Return of Cooler is part of the same Timeline Or the fact Cell in GT could take hits from Goku in base I do agree though, Metal Sonic slams Cell
@SuzukiCabs They were much stronger, GT Goku playing around with them just means that Goku was that much stronger than them, even with all that time spent training in Hell.
I feel like in order to keep that fight fair you would need to use Archie Metal Sonic since they are both the respective strongest forms for each character. It sounds fair at first since Archie Metal Sonic doesn't have a Super Form, but then we remember that not only are the events of Sonic Heroes canon to Archie as well but Archie Metal Overlord didn't get nerfed by in universe power creep like his game counterpart did.
Honestly as a long time sonic fan I will just never agree with the power scaling I've seen. Mostly with generations scaling, restoring time in those specific zones he goes through should only be immeasurable in the way that you yourself can't quantify it. I feel like time eater being able to slow down time in the fight while both super sonics cannot do anything about it kinda shows how it wouldn't make much sense for them to have infinite or immeasurable speed and then still be able to be affected by time slowing down.
Honestly I wouldnt even necessarily say that Cell has better hax either. Metal can copy biodata, taking their abilities for himself. He can utilize chaos control seemingly without a chaos emerald (unless I missed something which is definitely possible). He can reform and regenerate himself even from a liquid state. Metal's just built different.
let's actually be honest here, all metal sonic has going for him in vs match ups is speed and being able to copy bio data/abilities, and while i don't doubt that this by itself could easily win this battle. i really don't buy into him being above solar system level naturally, hell, i don't even buy into him being planetary, that's more so neo and super neo and metal overlord than base regular "oh boy here i go getting trashed by B list characters in my own verse again" metal sonic.
the best way to prove sonic and therefore metal are above solar system level is Emerl, the robot that appears in sonic battle and absorbs all the power of the Final Egg Blaster (a weapon capable of destroying multiple solar systems in one shot) and loses to sonic in less than 30 seconds.
@@im_endzoyes Sonic does scale above the Emeralds. Perfect Chaos uses the negative energy of all 7 Chaos Emeralds and in Sonic Adventure, Sonic has to use the positive energy of the Chaos Emeralds to turn super to take him on. But in Sonic Generations, Sonic in base form was able to easily beat Perfect Chaos who still used all 7 Chaos Emeralds.
For speed and other things they're different. Infinite speed is being able to travel an infinite distance in finite time or a finite distance in no time, immeasurable speed is being able to move beyond space-time
@@jordon-anthonymyers4399 infinite and immeasurable is the same thing, you can't measure infinity and immeasurable is something you can't measure so therefore its the same thing
@@jordon-anthonymyers4399 oh so you guys mean different things with infinite speed and immeasurable speed, i would use a different term when it comes to being able to move beyond space-time instead of saying immeasurable speed since it doesn't make sense, anyways i disagree with metal sonic being able to move beyond space-time since he's been stopped by chaos control before
@guywhosman yeah immeasurable speed for moving beyond space-time kinda doesn't make sense but make sense when you think about it since speed equals time and distance(distance is space) and going beyond those is purely incalculable and immeasurable(but im going off my own opinion on this)
GT is a separate continuity, and Cell Max is a different character entirely. If you did include Cell Max tho, then Metal Sonic would get Neo Metal Sonic and Metal Overlord, so
i legit believe cell has better feats : bro can destroy galaxies with one blast if he wants to, considers Z broly did that in base, who is only around the androids power level, also dont forget that bro can regenerate from basically anything, plus, he can blow tf off anyone and still return after that, WITH A MASSIVE ZENKAI BOOST
GT cell is the only cell who scales to Z Broly since the movies aren't canon. The movies are canon to GT. DBS Super Broly is the ONLY version of Broly that is canon to Toriyama's actual works. Metal Sonic fought a Super Sonic that beat Time Eater and Solaris. This means Metal Sonic scales above them both. Solaris is hyperdimensional. The fight with Solaris was fought on a conceptual scale because he existed perpetually throughout all of time. Sonic EMBODIED what it means to be the chaotic and unpredictable present, Shadow EMBODIED the concept of the past which is set in stone and immovable, Silver EMBODIED the concept of an ever changing future. They NEEDED to exist on this scale to stand a chance against Solaris. Remmeber, in that boss fight, they could talk to each other while fighting THE SAME GUY who existed throughout all time. Metal scales to THAT. Cell can't beat Solairis. Metal Sonic arguably could. Metal Sonic is the embodiment of Eggman's past successes and failures. Mecha Sonic in Sonic 3 could tap into chaos, Metal Sonic mastered full Chaos Control. He also has an exact copy of Eggmans intellect and mind. In the event of Eggman's true death, Metal could seamlessly take control.
z broly didn't destroy that galaxy in a instant. It was implied with the Japanese version and a visual that if he kept going he'd destroy the south galaxy, Metal could legit just copy him. Even with these feats listed, metal is significantly still stronger. Let's not even TALK about SUPER NEO FUCKING METAL
Ppl may think that metal sonic vs perfect cell is the best Mu for the both of them but never consider plankton vs perfect cell and metal sonic vs doodle bob
That infinite statement is so dumb, I think metal wins but I hate how every sonic powerscaler uses it and just assumes infinite can take solaris in a fight.
@Unremarkable6969 True, but again you said it yourself him being comparable to solaris is pushing it. Again I don't think he needs it but I'm looking into Shadow as my next powerscaling and am considering ranting about how stupid the statement is, I think it's just referring to the phantom Ruby itself.
@@thedrunkgiraffe8312 Well Infinite draws his power from the Phantom Ruby, similar to how Super Sonic pulls his power from the Chaos Emeralds, so that doesn't mean much. Feats wise, he's more impressive than Erazor Djinn, who absorbed half of a universe when he fought Sonic, and every other Sonic villain and main boss before Metal Overlord.
@@thedrunkgiraffe8312 infinite is very in tune with the phantom ruby i wouldnt call it far fetched to say if the phantom ruby is that strong, infinite can draw on the same amount of power
@@thedrunkgiraffe8312eggman states the phantom ruby is (allegedly) stronger than the seven chaos emeralds, and guess what Infinite was made to perfectly harness the power of the ruby, so I could actually see how infinite is stronger than solaris even if I do agree it's kinda dumb
you could debatably say that he's multiversal due to the frieza saga where king kai and frieza said himself that his 2nd form could've taken out the entire universe if he wanted, but there's not much to back this up. If you were to use this, you could scale that off of goku and so on so on until you reach cell. But it's how you look at it, metal sonic would still most likely win either way.
Cell is easily multiversal+ or higher in the anime, being infinitely stronger than Garlic Jr., who He was able to create an infinite hyperspace, which is 5d+ feat
Let's be honest, Freeza probably only meant he could destroy the universe because with a power level of one million, there would be nobody strong enough to stop him. He could just keep destroying every planet one by one until it's gone.
@@yeikelamores6085 But it's the only way that the statement makes sense. Solar System level is considered impressive by Cell when he reaches his Super Perfect form, and even the characters of that arc at their WEAKEST surpass Freeza completely.
I find it funny how cell came out pre maturely because off trunks realistically cell was supposed to come out during the BoG/top Sega imagine how powerful he would be with all of knowledge and dna from goku all the way down to kid buu even beerus
So Metal Sonic beats Cell even though you did not include Neo Metal Sonic, Metal Overlord or Super Neo Metal Sonic? How...how was Bowser able to make quick work of him?!?!
@@Unremarkable6969 honestly i think people kinda over hype Solaris Power because "it took 3 super forms to defeat him" it actualy only took one Super form to defeat Solaris himself but Sonic Shadow and Silver all had to go super Because of Solaris having to be deafeated in the present past and future to stop him So Solaris is kinda just below 06 Super Sonic, wich is kinda funny
@@togeluga_the_cat no people hype Solaris' power because he destroyed 3 different 4th dimensions completely, putting him instantly above every character in Dragon ball
I do think Metal beats Cell, but I call bull on the “Infinite is the strongest foe Sonic has ever faced” argument. If we’re talking just Base Modern by himself vs Infinite, then yes, I agree. But Solaris wasn’t even truly beaten by THREE Super Hedgehogs and, as inconsistent as he is, Flynn states that The End is the strongest after Solaris.
Also take into account that when Metal Copies someone’s Bio Data, he gains ALL of your abilities Now why is this bad specifically for Cell? He’s a Being created from the Bio Data of Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, King Cold & Piccolo. Every Hax Ability Cell Has, Metal would Copy and gain it himself
@ if we take the Rivals Series into account Base Metal post Heroes should have the Copy Ability or something similar seeing as how it’s his special move If not then Hax advantage goes to Cell. I also remembered that Neo Metal can use Chaos Control without an emerald😭
Cell gotta fight pre-06 metal sonic bc that's when Sonic verse gain massive buff equvalent to GOG's feat. Post-06 metal sonic vs Cell max should be debatable I'd say
I mean, even then you would Still have to deal with Games like Sonic Shuffle making Them Sonic Cast able to Fight and Beat 4D/Low Multiversal beings The Second Metal gets his Neo Form, its GG for Cell at that Point metal is too cracked I think a Very,Very interésting Debate would be Current Neo metal Sonic VS Perfected Cell Max Like, grab Perfect Cell, grab Cell dance, Given photara earrings, and Make the result of that Fight metal
@quickhallsshow576 Frieza in 2th form with 1 million power level can destroy universe. I realized a long time ago that these scale system make no sense. Take it as a fact: Goku solos
Yeah, no. The promotional material is wrong and no feats that Infinite show even support this. Like Infinite literally gets hurt by Base Sonic who is LITERALLY EQUAL TO HIS CLASSIC SELF. Both Modern Sonic and Classic Sonic can damage the MDER. If Infinite was the strongest and Sonic could beat him in base, then Sonic would've beaten Solaris and every super level threat in BASE. He would've one-shot Erazor and everyone. Yeah, this promo material is unreliable as shit and just meant to be hype. Metal Sonic caps at Solar System level with Immeasurable Speed. I have Manga Cell at High Universal with MFTL+ to Infinite speeds.
@@paperprince2953 Infinite getting hurt by base Sonic doesn't mean anything, as Sonic has shown to surpass his Super form self multiple times in the past. In S3K, he went from getting one shot by Knuckles to beating Knuckles at the end of the game. (Some people will say this is because Knuckles manipulated the chaos energy used to summon the super form, but this is head canon.) And in Generations, he beat Perfect Chaos in base, even though in Adventure 1 he needed Super Sonic. So Infinite being beaten by Base Sonic isn't anti-scaling, considering how Sonic has shown to surpass his Super form self before. Also, Infinite has the most impressive feat by far, aside from a few exceptions like the Time Eater and Solaris, easily creating Null Space which is described to be infinite in size, and without the concept of time. This would put him at 4D at least. This is above Erazor Djinn who absorbed half a universe, and above other powerful universal threats like the Egg Salamander. So in short, feats wise Infinite is extremely impressive, even if he's not the top dog like Solaris or the Time Eater, and Sonic being stronger in Forces than he is in games like Secret Rings and 06 is consistent.
Knuckles knocking out Super Sonic isn't impressive in the first place. The power of the Chaos Emeralds is reliant on the user's emotion and willpower as the Chaos Emeralds convert thoughts into power. So it's sort of what Dr. Robotnik says in Sonic the Comic when he absorbs the Chaos Emeralds, he says that anything he can desires or thinks of comes true. Chaos Emerald are fueled by one's determination, ambition and motivation as it's stated by Amy in SA2 that the ultimate power is fueled by everyone's wishes. Remember, this is what happens in 06 and how Sonic was able to come back to life. Because of this, the level of power and strength Sonic gains to defeat a foe is entirely dependant on who he wants to win against. But it's not an automatic auto-win, arguably it's by Miracle Manipulation in certain cases they were able to win. Like sometimes it's not even due to their sheer power but through miracles that they win. So to conclude this argument, Sonic literally had no fighting spirit and was just caught off guard. This would ultimately be the most consistent interpretation unless you want to argue that every opponent Super Sonic fights is supposed to be stronger than the next one. Sonic was NOT empowered with the desire to fight Knuckles, nor was he even that strong compared to Super Sonic's greater feats Base Sonic couldn't even appear. Oh yeah, and about Knuckles. While it's true that Sonic defeated Knuckles, he did so by exploiting Knuckles' lackluster fighting style since Knuckles can very easily block attacks from Sonic and can ONLY be defeated via catching him when his guard isn't on. Knuckles is generally stronger than Sonic sooooo. In SA1, he's capable of entirely destroying his water form with just a single strike ruclips.net/video/IT7-8WLgdgc/видео.htmlsi=qyvdRK_Iw33Pl4b whereas Base Sonic who is amped by the Chaos Emeralds in Gens needs multiple hits to destroy it once and even then he has to push the brain upwards and then attack it when it's more exposed for extra damage ruclips.net/video/hAsAhwdH-as/видео.htmlsi=qi_d7MLVsDNqnXDi And to further debunk the notion that Sonic got stronger in Gens, the Silver fought in the Generations Rival Battle is actually 06 Silver (He's convinced that Sonic is the Iblis Trigger and the Rival Battle is stated to take place between the first encounter with Mephiles and Silver and Blaze's trip to the past which is all confirmed in Sonic Generations Strategy Guide) And Sonic struggles with him still, even with 4-5 Chaos Emeralds ruclips.net/video/RXU0TnZP6AI/видео.htmlsi=sT6Mq4nnsrZJoSzf There is literally no proof Infinite created Null Space. All he does in the game is just spawn the portal to it. Null Space is seen again in the final boss but that's pretty much it.
Only Post-Generations Classic Sonic shows ANY relativity to Generations Modern Sonic. I do agree that Infinite isn't the strongest but that's not how it works
@@Unremarkable6969 as first he casually no diff knuckles and even shadow, who y'know comparable to sonic in speed, type 1 of immortality, causally taking hits from super sonic and shadow, when became perfect nazo, he stated that he could easily destroy the planet, and this was quote by chakra-x, "Normal Perfect nazo could probably destroy the earth but not a star the size of the sun, but if he had a lot of time, yes!" And went into hyper perfect nazo, and went toe to toe with hyper shadic, could even keep going with chaos control time stop, which is probably irrelevant speed? @@Unremarkable6969 It's kind of unclear, but if we go by the ACTUAL 1001 stories from the ACTUAL 'One thousand and one nights', then each story takes place independent of each other (some stories even existed prior to being compiled as the 1001 nights), so if we apply this to sonic and the secret rings then they ARE 1001 universes. This is also consistent because the characters you meet in secret rings all essentially live in their own stories, independent of each other. Erazor claimed to have absorbed half of the pages, which would amount to roughly 500 and a half stories (depending on how long each one is, of course). He says the pages "of this world", referring to the 1001 nights, but when he says "world" it's far more likely he's referring to a multiverse containing all of them considering that, like I just explained, the stories are independent of eachother and do not take place in the same world. Even if it WAS just one universe, the night palace (that erazor created) is able to stretch into what is described as an infinite space in one of the secret ring guidebooks, so there are literally infinite spaces within the finite universe anyways, so Erazor is still impressive for that reason. Also, within the night palace, there are portals that Erazors create that take you to these dimensions with what seems to be either stars, galaxies, or nebulas in the background, so you can use that too, and if you really wanted to highball it you could call them universes but there's no way of knowing since we wouldn't know the developers intentions. But the impressive thing about sonic defeating him, that most people forget, is that sonic was on the brink of death thanks to the curse Erazor put on him (the flaming arrow). He literally COLLAPSED just before fighting erazor and STILL beat him. Also, when Erazor becomes Alf-Layla-Wa-Layla, he says that he has "become" the arabian nights and will "rewrite them in his image", so you can scale darkspine sonic to the full 1001 stories, or universes, if you want to interpret them as that seeing as it isn't really made clear in game.
Random dragon ball fact Super saiyan isnt a 50× multiplier but higher and its due to the grades 1. Grade 2 is called much stronger than grade 1 in guides(daizenshuu)and db consistently uses double or things similar to describe 2× gap so this is 3× at least 2. Grade 3 is 10× super saiyan as stated in el manga legendario and here is why it means 10× g2 and not g1 firstly a barely trying cell can nosell attacks from grade 2 vegeta noselling is the same gap as one shot so 7.5× grade 3 trunks is able to somewhat affect the barely trying cell and trunks is a bit weaker than vegeta so 10× g2 is consistent(cell saying trunks is marginally stronger then him is just him lying) 3. Grade 4 is said by daizenshuu to bring out super saiyan's full power and just confirmed stronger than grade 3 in el manga legendario Overall low end grade 4 is a 3,000× multiplier from base to all stats high end 8,000× This is also consistent with toriyama's logic since he said ssj is a higher multiplier than it was in namek(which could mean even grade 1 got stronger and if it does then low end g4 is 6k × base high end 32k × base) This would by extension upscale all of goku's forms Random db fact two Power levels for most of their life span are non linear due to pl gaps not matching how easily one character beats another and pl increases not matching canon stated in the manga increases There are times where it is linear like 416 to 20,000 goku(might not be this due to nappa so a more consistent range is 8,000 to 20,000) goku vs ginyu and goku vs frieza but that's it
Sonic isn't superior to Infinite though, he needed the CaC to help defeat him, idk how that effects the outcome but please put some respect on my boy's name he's catching hands from Thwamp

I dont think Cell has better hax because of Copycat If (Neo) Metal copies you he has all your abilities and your data(base form strenght) is added to his base, and that is not only more broken than anything Cell has but Metal could use it to copy everything Cell has Without Copycat I think you could argue Cell's hax is better, tho I'd say his ability to merge with machines(as seen with the Egg Fleet), absorb power sources(like that Chaos Rings, Phantom Ruby, the emeralds and that crystal in Sonic 4) and shapeshift which still might still give Metal the edge in a equal base fight depending on the setting
What says that Metal Sonic can copy EVERY technique. You need to remember that a lot of what he does is copy people who turn into balls. Please give more evidence for the limitations of his copy ability before assuming that it is limitless. People only seem to cite one or two singular things for a character being on par with another, or Metal Sonic being on par with a Sonic whose power isn't fully unleashed. Sonic is fast, yes, extremely so, but people always leave out how he's holding back. These statements of him being 'Just Sonic but can copy anything' is like that whole 'Every Star Destroyer with a super laser" argument. I feel it's really unrealistic and a massive stretch and needs more supporting evidence, where as Cell is shown to copy techniques and transformations on sight. Maybe it's just me and I'm uneducated in Metal Sonic too much to argue this copy issue, but I find this very unrealistic since I feel these character's limitations aren't properly explored, or at least Metal Sonic's. Who's not to say Cell can't use the power of whatever Metal Sonic is using to power himself? He's extremely intelligent and possibly more intelligent than Metal Sonic Battle IQ wise so what's not to say he can just use that power for himself? He's been show to copy transformation very quickly, though whether or not his body could harness chaos energy. Who's not to say Metal Sonic couldn't copy Perfect Cell's bio data? Does everyone forget to include the Cell Jr.s? And most importantly... Metal Sonic can copy 'every' ability, right? *Metal Sonic is a robot, he doesn't have Ki, meaning saying he can use Cell's techniques is a very weak argument*, but disprove me on this one. Personally I'm fighting on team Cell mostly due to Dragon Ball's more serious and complex stories meaning that Cell's battle IQ and potential is extremely high. And also because I'm a Dragon Ball so even if I'm super chill and reasonable about this (Which I'm trying to be, let's have a calm discussion gang :D) ofc I'm biased. Considering how quickly he went from no training to Super Sayain 2 Gohan level or higher, I personally feel he has more potential depending on what abilities Metal Sonic has. He may be able to get enough zenkai boosts and catch up to Metal Sonic.

@ oh ok
this whole "sonic from cd can treval through time on his own. the signs are just a game feature" thing will never makes sense to me
@ yeah it doesn’t make sense. 🤷♂️
Shadow and Cell have one thing in common
"PERFECT"
Ngl i didnt even watch the video i just saw the shadow profile pic and was like "i know how his video is going to go"
Cell is a hodgepodge of some of the universe’s greatest warriors and Neo Metal Sonic was able to recreate data for Chaos based on some dna samples.
No way you just said Cell is stronger than Metal Sonic

This fight needs something like DBH Cell
You can scale Kid Goku Speed to light speed which makes no sense either
A person with… common sense!?
It seems common consensus is that Metal Sonic just wins. Like bruh, Cell is cooked!
@@im_endzo Metal Sonic no diffs
He flat out outscales Chaos Emeralds which have infinite power. Even without cosmological context outscaling a single emerald is universal
@@AnimationDude_ since when??? not even sonic scales above the emeralds, otherwise, why would he need their power in almost every game?
the best way to prove sonic and therefore metal are above solar system level is Emerl, the robot that appears in sonic battle and absorbs all the power of the Final Egg Blaster (a weapon capable of destroying multiple solar systems in one shot) and loses to sonic in less than 30 seconds.
@@im_endzoyes Sonic does scale above the Emeralds.

In SA1, he's capable of entirely destroying his water form with just a single strike
ruclips.net/video/IT7-8WLgdgc/видео.htmlsi=qyvdRK_Iw33Pl4b whereas Base Sonic who is amped by the Chaos Emeralds in Gens needs multiple hits to destroy it once and even then he has to push the brain upwards and then attack it when it's more exposed for extra damage ruclips.net/video/hAsAhwdH-as/видео.htmlsi=qi_d7MLVsDNqnXDi
And to further debunk the notion that Sonic got stronger in Gens, the Silver fought in the Generations Rival Battle is actually 06 Silver (He's convinced that Sonic is the Iblis Trigger and the Rival Battle is stated to take place between the first encounter with Mephiles and Silver and Blaze's trip to the past which is all confirmed in Sonic Generations Strategy Guide)
And Sonic struggles with him still, even with 4-5 Chaos Emeralds
ruclips.net/video/RXU0TnZP6AI/видео.htmlsi=sT6Mq4nnsrZJoSzf
There is literally no proof Infinite created Null Space. All he does in the game is just spawn the portal to it. Null Space is seen again in the final boss but that's pretty much it.
Only Post-Generations Classic Sonic shows ANY relativity to Generations Modern Sonic.
I do agree that Infinite isn't the strongest but that's not how it works
metal can copy cell’s data and win
Food for bowser
I don't think eating metal is a good idea
you should do perfect nazo vs perfect cell
Does the Nazo movie have any feats?
I'm not the best of scaling, if this doesn't satisfy you, you can always watch the video by chakra-x!
if you wanna use gt cell i thinks he wins based on that cell was able to survive gt gokus attacks were are beyond universal.

Ok... just gonna leave that there
@@dannyblake9680 yes
Awesome vid! Would you be interested in scaling Kirby characters?
@@diaro hmmmmmm maybe 🤔
You can actually scale Sonic to Erazer Djin who destroyed hundreds of thousands of universes in base and Sonic beat him in base
@@VillageOtter Isn't the world of the Arabian Nights only one universe 🧐
@@Unremarkable6969 Yes but, there where, I think, Other universes in the book he got trapped in
@@Unremarkable6969 It's kind of unclear, but if we go by the ACTUAL 1001 stories from the ACTUAL 'One thousand and one nights', then each story takes place independent of each other (some stories even existed prior to being compiled as the 1001 nights), so if we apply this to sonic and the secret rings then they ARE 1001 universes.
Now debunk eggman vs bowser please

Random dragon ball fact
Super saiyan isnt a 50× multiplier but higher and its due to the grades
1. Grade 2 is called much stronger than grade 1 in guides(daizenshuu)and db consistently uses double or things similar to describe 2× gap so this is 3× at least
2. Grade 3 is 10× super saiyan as stated in el manga legendario and here is why it means 10× g2 and not g1 firstly a barely trying cell can nosell attacks from grade 2 vegeta noselling is the same gap as one shot so 7.5× grade 3 trunks is able to somewhat affect the barely trying cell and trunks is a bit weaker than vegeta so 10× g2 is consistent(cell saying trunks is marginally stronger then him is just him lying)
3. Grade 4 is said by daizenshuu to bring out super saiyan's full power and just confirmed stronger than grade 3 in el manga legendario
Overall low end grade 4 is a 3,000× multiplier from base to all stats high end 8,000×
This is also consistent with toriyama's logic since he said ssj is a higher multiplier than it was in namek(which could mean even grade 1 got stronger and if it does then low end g4 is 6k × base high end 32k × base)
This would by extension upscale all of goku's forms
Random db fact two
Power levels for most of their life span are non linear due to pl gaps not matching how easily one character beats another and pl increases not matching canon stated in the manga increases
There are times where it is linear like 416 to 20,000 goku(might not be this due to nappa so a more consistent range is 8,000 to 20,000) goku vs ginyu and goku vs frieza but that's it
Sonic isn't superior to Infinite though, he needed the CaC to help defeat him, idk how that effects the outcome but please put some respect on my boy's name he's catching hands from Thwamp
Better hacks? Metal can bio copy all od perfect cells hacks along with cells experience of using those hacks....
wait.... isnt Sonic and his friends the nga who was able to defeat Nightmare Eggman..... and be the one to stop The End in sonic frontiers as super sonic? be the one to defeat time eater
I dont think Cell has better hax because of Copycat
If (Neo) Metal copies you he has all your abilities and your data(base form strenght) is added to his base, and that is not only more broken than anything Cell has but Metal could use it to copy everything Cell has
Without Copycat I think you could argue Cell's hax is better, tho I'd say his ability to merge with machines(as seen with the Egg Fleet), absorb power sources(like that Chaos Rings, Phantom Ruby, the emeralds and that crystal in Sonic 4) and shapeshift which still might still give Metal the edge in a equal base fight depending on the setting
W tho I say Metal takes hax also
Cell negs
Yea a single celled organism from Sonic negs Dragon Ball because of microscopic gloves
It really comes down to who transforms / accelerates their power faster more.
sorry for being nerdy lol but im just really passionate about having a fair spar between two characters. not death battles or "what I like is better than what you like" just a fair tournament esc battle between two broskis. but in the end, its whoever the writer wants to win :/
I didn't bring up the copy ability tho? Cause base Metal has never shown that he can use it, outside of Sonic Rivals 2

I WON'T STOP UNTIL THEY KNOW MY NAME!
1 metal sonic isnt consistently comparable to sonic because he always loses to sonic and metal definitely isnt as fast as modern sonic maybe classic sonic but definitely not comparable and the sonic generations void is more semantics
2 comparing a modern sonic who beat infinite to a metal sonic who hasn't beaten sonic period doesn't make much sense
3 in conclusion if you want me to be honest metal sonic doesn't have enough feats to be comparable cell who I dont even have to mention his feats for metal sonics argument to be disproven its high likely that metal sonic loses because
1 he has no feats to put him above univeral levels of power
2 he loses to a classic sonic that is slower than dr robotnik
