    Challenging for me. 70 years old. I can only do 10 minutes at a time then rest then go back for more until I complete all. I’m determined and know they’ll help me regain strength after being confined to bed a few months. Thank you for these exercises.

    Hi Coach Markesha ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (300 gram each) as weights but could not last even last 9 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest. My MIL, who is almost 70, did the full lesson using dumbbells of 8 kg each and even 10 kg each!! Her biceps are thick and powerful like yours, and she have unbeatable strength! I feel really low and defeated. 😔

    Last year I had surgery on my knee, I’ve always been active but that surgery caused a lot of pain and I stopped exercising. I’m too old to stop exercising, I’m almost 63, it’s super important that I keep moving or I can lose mobility very quickly. I came across your channel while searching for 60+ exercise. I absolutely love your workouts, they help tremendously, I love that you’re very cautious in telling us to know our limits. I do your workouts 5 days a week. Thank you for guiding me in waking my body up again!

    I'm a 66 year old woman from South Africa. Had a knee surgery due to a motor vehicle accident 21 years ago. The range movement of my knees and balance haven't been okay ever since. I still feel pain when I try to bend my knees. How I wish I could sit on heels like normal people 😢 Been looking for a gentle mobility, flexibility and balance exercises. I go to the gym for strength training but my balance and mobility is not okay. I'm going to do this session with you four days a week before going to the gym. Thank you so much 💓

      You could look at some of the lower body or barefoot sessions to help with knees and ankles. It just takes time :)

    Hi. Still enjoying.what do you recommend to take it up a notch? I've increased my band weight, and that will keep for another couple or three weeks. I'm wondering what your routines would provide a little extra as I get fitter (I'm doing cardio on alternate days).
