40 Minute LEGS Workout for Seniors & Beginners // No Equipment

  • Get stronger, leaner and more mobile legs with my 40 minute at-home workout designed for seniors and beginners. Including a warm-up, several great leg exercises and a cool down.
    No equipment is needed, although you might like to have a chair around for balance (and for a few stretches at the end).
    However, for added resistance (meaning you get more benefit from the workout) you can use a loop band in the second round.

    Thank you lovely ❤ honestly I appreciate you so very much as I am so lazy after doing 12 hour shifts per day….. all I think about is sleep. I truly believe that routine workout is definitely the way to go to feel better and lose some weight at my age as a senior citizen. It’s so easy to grab a packet of chips and fizzy drink 🍺 to occupy my mind and feel it’s justifiable in doing nothing. I do a lot of walking but slowly 😂 THANKS A MILLION for posting this video 🎉
