    Hi. Still enjoying.what do you recommend to take it up a notch? I've increased my band weight, and that will keep for another couple or three weeks. I'm wondering what your routines would provide a little extra as I get fitter (I'm doing cardio on alternate days).

You could look at some of the sessions that use hand weight or if you are wanting to, we have a fully structured 10 week strengthening program available on the website www.60plusstrong.com along with many more sessions. There is a free trial available :) It all depends what you are looking for. Glad you are still enjoying this one
