I don't think that lack of eye contact in men's bathrooms is necessarily "homophobia". It's just that most men are somewhat aware that gay men have a long history of meeting each other in bathrooms, that they don't want to give off the wrong signals. That doesn't mean that they are "homophobic", it just means they're straight. If you look at me "too long" in a bathroom, I will assume that you are gay and interested in me. If I like you I will smile at you awkwardly for just a moment, because I find it weird to hook up in a bathroom. If you look at me and I'm not at all interested in you, I will pointedly look away. If I was looking for a sexual hookup, it would have been more than an awkward smile of course. That's pretty much how it works in my experience. About trans identified women "passing" as men, I'm not so sure that you are correct. Often indeed, as with Buck Angel, my first impression will be "gay man". Then, looking closer, I will find that something is "off" about their mannerisms. In the past I would have stayed confused, but now that I have observed several "trans men" more closely, I think I recognise it most of the time.

The biggest problem but solution is right under our nose. Research The Chevron Ruling which was recently overturned. As a United States citizen, our founding fathers were wise, bold, and brave beyond their years. The problem that I have with “leave the adults alone” is that my “adult” daughter who is 18 years and 14 days old is no more self aware than she was at 17 years and 364 days, but she now has an appointment at a gender clinic. She has been on the this path for a few years and is just now entering a time where she has enough life experience behind her that she can could perhaps start thinking deeply and break away. But the testosterone appointment is already scheduled.

Like many other things, I believe this issue will eventually self-correct. I believe we'll end up keeping all the safeguards and anti-discrimination laws for trans adults but won't place them in the wrong prisons. I think common sense will very soon come to competitive sports as well, especially when more and more transwomen compete and teams and coaches start looking for transwomen to give their women's teams a competitive advantage. And soon--hopefully very soon--we won't touch teenagers or allow them to access hormones. My hope is that we'll require someone to live as the other gender for two years and then transition at 21 at the very earliest. The bathroom issue will continue to be the hairiest, not because it's the most important, but because pedophile and other creep heterosexual cismen will find their way into more and more women's-only spaces.

In Canada I have noticed churches pandering to the gender cult ideologues. With declining parishioners in the church and Gender groups needing money and wanting recognition this seems like the next step. It gives the church new parishioners and money to operate. It gives the gender charities and ideologues a sort of validation. As in "Look how worthy and trusting we are. A church wouldn't bring in people who are harmful." I hope I am conveying this properly.
