Showing people how the TDI swap can be done relatively cheap to benefit from more power and better fuel mileage in many gasoline non turboed vehicles.

Making A Standalone Common Rail TDI Wiring Harness for CBEA/CJAA
I have waited a while for the chance to work on a newer 09-15 common rail TDI harness and finally got one here to do an overview on. Definitely more work than I was expecting and not in the areas I was expecting but with the right schematics you should be able to do it yourself with enough time invested. Again check out the TDI swapped trucks group to get schematics.

Although this should be very similar to my 91 Toyota TDI swap, I wanted to showcase getting an early electronic automatic transmission to work in a TDI swap. Mild 1.L ALH TDI build with 170 HP goal, GTC154VK turbo, 220 or 240 nozzles, and 26-27 PSI boost. Stay tuned as we try get this truck working like it always had a TDI in it!

Second half of my BRM upgrade to support 250-300 HP. After working on VE engines it's crazy to feel the dofference in performance on the PD engines. Still need to get the tune adjusted for max boost and fuel but this car is already feeling like a whole different vehicle.
