I began searching for natural remedies to rebuild hair loss and onions csme up which I tried and it worked but when i saw your approach I began applying it to my hair and the results are very encouraging. I even now use them on my daughter's hair, that the flax seed, bay leaves, bananas etc. Her hair looks so much healthier and is growing very nicely.

Hi I really appreciate your personal approach to overall health. I am approximately 11 months transitioning and your approach has really helped. I had very thick hair up to my early 20s and my decision to pit chemicals was to control the volume. My hair is nowhere close in volume to where it was but I am being patient.

I also have permanent parts with my platts. It does help with the stress on the hair in parting and gives easy access for the products to go through to hair roots easily. With long hair like yours it works. I have 4 big platts/brade, but I can easily have it in 2’ or 6 or 8 or even more if I choose to. So I can say I relate to what you are saying. 🎉❤. Thank you for sharing about your nutrition. I also am allergic to walnuts pecans macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts however I am able to eat peanuts, cashew nuts, pistachio, peanuts almonds. I just started a natural hair journey and is so short please what products can I buy for long hair

I began using Harmony Natural products in September of this year. What an amazing turnaround I am having. I was recently re moisturizing and was amazed! I see the difference in not parting your hair each time for a new style. The process can also go a little quicker. I’m doing what you said in one of your other videos. “Just leave your hair the hell alone!” I’m following instructions, and enjoying the ride.😂😂

Initially I wasn't on board with permanent parts but two years ago I decided to follow that routine along with removing the use of combs and brushes. I have fine strands with medium density but I'm not in the 4 b or c category. I don't follow those hair typing systems just trying to provide context. I just wanted to support what you're saying about the permanent parts, my hair is almost waist length and I can honestly say it's the technique of permanent parts. I'm able to better assess my hair and evenly distribute the minimal products I use. I've downsized my products plus my diet is nutritiously dense. I believe your content with a few others is based on what truly works and is effective for successful hair growth. I truly appreciate your honesty and beauty. Bless you sister ❤️❤️❤

Thank you Chris for another very beneficial and transformative video!! Anyone that watches you should know that you are living out the results of your actions and your declarations!! I got a kick out of you talking about consistency!! I thought to myself "She is very consistent with talking about being consistent." A lot of us want great results but we tend to think of repetition as being a chore or a negative and how many of us are buying trash products thinking that's the way to go and we're still not reaching our goals. I think it come down to us asking ourselves "What do you really want?" and "Are willing to do what it takes to get what we want?" CONSISTENCY IS KEY AND PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! STOP BEING COMPLACENT AND PUT IN THE WORK!!
