If i was wearing a wash and go and want to prepoo, would i rinse out the gel and pat dry with a microfibre cloth then apply the prepoo? I always think its weitd putting stuff on hair full of product...

Hey Fairy Fro Mother! I've been binge-watching your videos, and learning you're Igbo made me happy since I'm from the same tribe! I went natural about 4 years ago, and my hair is now at mid-back length, the same as when I was relaxed, which is why I transitioned to reach my hair's full potential.
I used to do twists but have been doing cornrows lately. This year, I didn't use any extensions or wigs, like you mentioned in your videos. I was moisturizing twice a week, but now it’s just once or twice a month. I use aloe vera juice instead of water for moisture. When I wash my hair (twice a month), I use apple cider vinegar to remove dirt, but I don’t do tea rinses-should I start? After washing, I blow-dry, but I want to cut that out. I also used to add flaxseed gel but stopped for no reason and want to get back to it.
Honestly, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or how to get my hair past this length. Do you have any advice for me?

I will try the olive oil to lightly detangle before washing. After washing/conditioning, I have been using flaxseed gel and it is so great for heavy detangling. Thank you for the helpful video!
