Thank you for your comment on protein treatment on natural hair. What I can think is that other things in this world, is business deal. What I ask myself is that, If our body is made up of 102 minerals why should we need this called protein. It means that our body need minerals to function properly.
There fore, to me protein is a scam. It is somebody business. We should encourage people to feed their body with minerals. Hair need minerals. Why the loss of hair is linked with iron deficiency mineral?
Someone out there is busy creating a problem to make money then she/he comes with solution to make money.
There is a lot of misinformation out there. May God help us.
I had bay leaves in my kitchen, and I boiled them in some water. I poured the Bayleaf water on my hair as the final rinse. I did not use a towel to dry my hair because I haven’t seen you use a towel. So I just let my hair dry naturally. my hair looked hydrated. My hair was so soft as I was putting the oil and the Shea butter mixture on my hair. The hair in the back of my head normally feels rough on the ends, but my hair was soft this time, and I was just so surprised how soft it felt. It feels like a completely different texture.
Using gloves water and rosemary oil is it ok ...and can I use gloves water as my hair rinse?

My hair has been my pride. Presently suffering alopecia and it has really dealt with me that I’ve even lost confidence. In the kind of person who never covers my hair when going out because it looks amazing and I always get compliments but right now, everything has been stripped off. I really don’t know what to do, if I should just cut my hair and let it grow or I should just keep treating my scalp with cloves and let it grow together. I know stress can also lead to hair loss and I’m trying to stay relaxed as much as possible.

Thx dear,me too I really had beautiful natural hair but since I was in beauty school was told my hair was too hard to comb and had to relax it,but 11 years ago I realized my hair is not growing not even lengthening at all, and I was using alot if heat on it I decided to cut it off and start fresh 1 year later my hair is back to normal and is growing,am following your steps ,no heat no braiding just treating it naturally, enjoying every bit of it,I love you dear, Keep up the good work and messages on how to be natural much love Uganda

Yes he is coming again but not any time soon. I feel like when people say that theyre nferring like it in the next 5-20years. The truth is no one knows the time of Christ's appearing. Many of this generation will possible go to grave. Hence the reason we have hope in the resurrection. We might no be alive at his coming. I'm glad that he's coming again but to say it soon is a stretch when no one knows what soon is. 30yrs? 60yrs? 100yrs? 300yrs?....the apostles thought soon was in their time fast forward 2000+ years.
