God bless you sister. My hair was thick dense dry brittle 4c with sensitive scalp and i was afraid to touch it. Always complaining & run to hair saloon for a silk press..i didn't know what it needed. Until i saw you, the most beautiful hair i ever saw. Immediately, my attitude shifted. For the past three months i've been taking care of my hair, it changed completly.. Its healthy & growing like crazy. To my surprise i love my natural hair! And no more complaining. Praise to God for everything he makes is perfect and beautiful.

I hope what everyone can take home from this video is that,
    1) Know your own hair, how it behaves in different conditions and what it needs.
    2) You hair routine may change depending on how your hair responds to certain moisturising techniques, how it responds to frequent manipulation as well as how long it becomes.
    3) Consistency in using the right products and techniques is key.
Thank you Chris Lindsay, Ma'am, for constantly inspiring me and for setting the bar high enough for us to reach. You are beautiful in and out Ma!

Thanks for telling everyone that their hair will not grow overnight. There is no quick fix to grow hair. You have to understand your own hair on your head for yourself and do what works best for your hair. Again, consistency is the key, stick with it and see the results. Lindsay has been growing out her hair for 10 years now, it didn't grow that long overnight. Everything she does on her hair may not work on the next person which is why at the end of the day get to know your own hair and do what works for you.

The true essence of beauty is not natural hair. The true essence of beauty is a persons character and the pure intention of their heart. The second most true essence of beauty is the health of the inside and outside of the body. No diseases or health issues and eating clean. No skin issues like rashes and unclean looking skin that you cover with makeup. Taking care to properly clean your body and scrub your skin for it to glow properly keeping it moisturized. Properly cleaned scalp whether it’s it short or not. Lastly, not wearing someone else’s straight hair. Wear your own or wear a texture that is close your own. In that order. Y’all need to focus more on the above in that order to really be beautiful and to have pretty privilege. You can have all the nice hair and makeup or pretty face you want. But if your heart is dirty, or you have bad skin, or you have a dozen baby daddies you will never compete with even someone who has a less attractive appearance than you because their heart is pure and they may even take better care of themselves health wise and skin wise better than you. Like I can tell this woman here takes very good care of more than just her hair. And that makes her even more attractive even if she had less hair.

I think at some point there will be a need for some changes in our routines, either because our lifestyle has changed or our hair has grown to a certain length where we can't tend to it as frequently as we used to, there must be a review at some point.
I have had to change a few things too and that has not only increased my hair growth it has helped me to reduce stress☺️. Nice video as always🤗

Thanks and beautiful morning ma'am. I was about to ask if I can adjust back having noticed that my hair isn't responding too well with my 3wkly routine, but you just answered that. God bless..
The only challenge I am yet to overcome is styling, especially when I am going out. Otherwise it's been beautiful.
Hear this!!! I already have a client who comes for wash routines weekly. She admired my hair and asked if I can help her build hers and I said why not. Thanks for all all teach I am your good student 😊 I will join one of your academy soon. I love you.

I see you finger detangle all the time. How do you get the shed hair out, especially you say you only wash once a month. You never have hair coming out like most natural hair. I get some hair shedding even doing finger detangling.

I get them out with my fingers. Full Detangling on wash days and light Detangling on remoisturising days...sorts it out.
