  • LIFE UPDATE -
Last year I made a video on how I cured my over 25 year long battle with sinusitis. A lot of you could relate to my decades long struggle with colds, allergies, sinus infections, headaches, sneezing, lethargy and the way sinus issues can consume your life. But that was not it. Nearly 500,000 watched that video and the response to how I managed to overcome my condition was amazing. It has helped so many of you. There were thousands of you who did have questions so I've decided to make an update answering all the doubts you have.
    Hope this helps
    xoxo

You look beautiful! Thank you for sharing what's helped you. I'm eager to try it myself. I only have store bought ground turmeric but if this helps I'll try to find a more pure kind. I'm in the US so I'd probably have to order it. I've had sinus issues for over 20 years, to the point my body's become dependent on nasal spray to breathe properly. Even using that it takes hours plus headache medicine and the routine starts over every day. Doctors have tried steroids but that didn't help. I love my milk, especially chocolate milk, but if this helps I may have to stop that as you did. Please don't listen to negative people criticizing from behind their keyboards. You're a blessing to many! Thank you again.

Thank you so much - you're too kind. About the milk - I get it...but I really do think you should try without it for atleast two weeks and see if you find a difference. The transition stage is tough but after that it becomes another habit

You are so kind and knowledgeable, Jharna !
I too have started this from today to fight against my decades old Sinus. I just got Xrayed a few weeks back and prescribed Steroids. But these tabs I found so dangerous that I lost sleep and all of my energy. I had give up these in a few days.
Milk and sweets and probably fruits are increasing the sinus as per Ayurveda I have read this somewhere. So it is better avoiding these.
You explained this all so well and religiously !
    God bless you !

And thanks again for this detailed, thorough and extremely well-spoken second video. You helped so many others by sharing😊. LEMON: in UK (Europe?) shops, lemons are always yellow and limes green. However in nature and shops in other countries both fruits start out green and often harvested green. So when we see green, we think it’s a lime, but in reality, it could be either.

I used boiled water and little bit turmeric organic powder, I granted ginger root, and adding honey and lemon juice. Now I need to adjusting not to add honey in boil water. After preparing drink, I take a shower and water is not hot anymore, I drink on empty stomach with straw
Thank you❤. People can be mean, if they comment your looks, I think you’re beautiful and brave! Continue my journey, I might confess, I did not use the drink every day, maybe I need to start to be more consistent. And still not sure if without black pepper it will work….

It tastes nice, but only time will tell about my ongoing sinus nightmare, which I've had for over 20 years. The doctors I've seen to help me just made me worse. But that shouldn't be a surprise, considering how corrupt this world is. I'm willing to drink it every second day, since I like to buy a coffee the other days.

Excellent sharing. So kind of you. I have gone off/on milk but never thought of substituting with turmeric/pepper water. First time I am hearing of adding lemon juice. Great idea. By the way I have noticed adverse reaction to non-A2 milk with cough (myself), severe stomach pain undiagnosed by doctors (wife), stomach problems (another person I know); all of which went away within a couple of days of skipping non-A2 milk. Now i am taking coffee with A2 milk, which i intend to stop forthwith. I also take yoghurt/ curd made at home with A2 milk- should I stop that too? Store bought paneer is unfortunately non-A2!

Thank you for your explanation, it is much appreciated. The small green/yellow fruit that you call a lemon (Nimboo) is called a lime in the rest of the world and its scientific (Latin) name is Citron aurantiifolia. The large yellow fruit that the rest of the world calls a lemon has the scientific name, Citron limon, which confuses the issue even further!

I don't drink milk directly but I do have 2 cups of chai everyday, should I give up on my chai as it contains milk? Other than chai, I don't drink any milk or consume milk products on regular basis, I occasionally have curd for my lunch. Can I continue having my chai or give up on it? 😭😭

You can offer this to children. My kids have it but not everyday. I have not cut out milk from their diet. But they very very rarely drink milk. Mostly they have milk products on a everyday basis like good quality cheese, ghee, curd, butter etc

Plz google Phlegmatic personality. milk produces phlegm which makes things worse for phlegmatic personalities. Also search what other foods produce phlegm. My theory is that The dark circles are common in people with sinusitis problem. Maybe your dark circles will also go away if you eliminate all phlegmatic foods. I have sinusitis and have dark circles too. Loved your video. Thanx so much fr sharing. I will start your remedy.
