Actually if you go in the first week of January the nearby Togaku-ji temple is the the start (or end) of the Yanaka Shichifukujin meguri (course to visit 7 temples dedicated to the 7 gods of luck). The only other thing I know is that there a scene in the anime movie Weathering With You that take place close to Tabata station.

Awesome video but some of these are a stretch! Nezu Shrine is pretty far from Nishi Nippori. Henry’s Burger is in Daikanyama (long walk uphill from Ebisu and what about Ebisu Garden Place?)
    Jinbocho from Kanda?
    Meiji Shrine from Yoyogi?
Great video but if people want to visit these places there are closer stations.

On my last trip to Tokyo, we stayed at a hotel in Ikebukuro, and I have to say, it quickly became one of our favorite neighborhoods in Tokyo! Your coverage here gets it right. Sunshine City is a great place to walk around and shop, the neighborhood has a little bit of everything, and it's great for getting around. I got the nostalgia tingles during that segment of the video!

It makes me happy to think that there are foreigners who love Japan like you do.
Recently, a foreigner called Thomas Lockly did something very serious and quickly became a famous foreigner in Japan, and Japanese people reacted to his many comments about Japan and wrote two songs called Yasuke isn't to blame and The sin of Thomas Lockly. So when I see someone like you who loves Japan, I feel relieved from the bottom of my heart. I feel relieved and moved from the bottom of my heart when I see someone like you who loves Japan.
