Looks like Dr. Gundry went shopping at Trader Joe's.
He did! 😄
Def Trader Joe’s
lol I was trying to find what store it was but unfortunately in arkansas we don't have any Trader Joe's or Costco that have the best products, all we have is Walmart and Aldi's pretty much and Aldi's is a bit better at organics etc. sadly
Lookin’ goood at 72! Happy Birthday Cool Dr. G🌸🙏
DR. Gundry, PLEASE, we need your amazing products in Italy. 😢😢😢 Waiting for the day shipping in all Europe will be available. Thanks for your work for humanity, you are a true inspiration

I wasn't sure at first until you took out the Jicama wraps that I love to eat. Only one place has those and Trader Joe's is the spot. The parking lot are very hard to maneuver in but it is a pleasure to shop in. Another thing I love to get is the sliced goat cheese from Spain in the cheese isle. Thank you for sharing your suggestions with us Dr. Gundry. I'll give them a try.
You're welcome, Nelson! Thank you for your goat cheese suggestion! 🙌
Yes!! I love this! A Trader Joe's haul! I often wonder what Dr. Gundry's shopping cart would look like at stores I frequent! Do Whole Foods or even a farmer's market next ! hehe
Oh my word, I love this video so much, cute & humorous!

I went shopping... bought yeast, peppercorns, beets, Garlic paste, and Swiss chard.. My wife had a fit, and made me go back and buy more food.
Good information thanks.

I love TJs. I was excited to look at the cauliflower gnocchi, but had to put it away after seeing potato starch. Still too many carbs for me, but at least it's a better option for many people!
❤❤❤great thanks for your recommendations ❤
You're welcome, Nana! Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you. I will keep searching for the STORE?
Trader Joe’s
Older video but I just watched it. So funny, I buy those exact same items from the " store that must not be mentioned" 🙊🙈🙉
This is a great video. But I am wondering about the fact that the gnocchi has potato starch in it.?
Hi there! The gnocchi shown in the video is cauliflower gnocchi. This is a great alternative to regular gnocchi that uses potato starch. 🙂
TJ ❤the best 😊

I'm sorry what was the second item?
I have so many food questions and hope someone is monitoring these comments and can help!
1. Do boiled peanuts in the shell have much fewer lectins?
2. What's the story on grapes, I never see any information pro or con
3. Can we pressure cook quinoa and use?
4. What about pressure cooking grits?
5. I'm concerned about some products coming from underdeveloped countries and containing pesticides, etc.. examples Taro, jicama, cassava, sorghum. Any suggestions?
6. Wheat comes from Europe, so why is it so bad for us. Are there fairly letting free wheat cultivars?
7. Can recipes with buckwheat using a yeast rise significantly reduce lectins?
Thanks!
