    Dr gundry, first I want to say how much you have changed my husband and my life in regards to food. I do have one question. You have recommended thrive market for purchasing some of our foods, when they offer things like marinara pasta almond milk and lentils, if we were to choose those to buy.. is it better to go safe with this company than to buy it anywhere else? Due to the lectins

    Looking into Dr. Gundry's information for the first time. Quite a bit of his highly recommended foods are high FODMAP. I've been diagnosed with SIBO and am wondering how that gut issue and having to move towards a low FODMAP diet can merge with the recommended foods and other lifestyle/diet issues advocated for by Dr. Gundry.

    I juice my own pomegranates myself. I never buy the juice at the store. And I never add sugar. I follow Norman C. Walker's book on vegetable and fruit juice.❤

    You have helped me navigate this maze of harmful foods and additives along with the harmful milk and dairy (not most) and too many other videos on how to get then stay healthy. If I lived in Palm Springs you would be my doctor no second thoughts on that. My suggestion for fad information is supplements……talk about a cesspool of unregulated misinformation …..this is it. Please consider helping us with that

    What's your take on Ayurveda? Lots of foods you're promoting good like sorghum ( millets) A2 milk , and others were actually told as good food on the Ayurveda from a very ancient time.. why can't you go for a deeper study into Ayurveda and see what comes out of it & maybe make videos about that sometime in future.. just saying 😊

    I would love to hear more about Crickets And Spirulina (Potential as susatinable full protein sources as well as healthy fats, the mineral contents and Omega Fatty Acids they hold)
    Also Plain non-fat Yogurt/Greek Yogurt. (What they do for the gut biome)
