I have questions on nightshades. I believe tomatoes are nightshades, should I avoid them or try to cook them first and eat them?
Should I avoid hot red pepper powder and paprika powder as well considering they are night shades?

Imo, the term "vegetable" has an appropriate and coherent use only within the traditional classification of the three kingdoms of nature. In this traditional sense, everything in nature can be classified into one of the following categories:
    1. Animal Kingdom.
    2. Vegetable Kingdom (plants).
    3. Mineral Kingdom.
Within this framework, fruits are parts of plants, and thus, they fall under the category of vegetables. Therefore, I argue that the word "vegetable" should only be used in the system of kingdoms. Consequently, fruits should be considered vegetables. All parts of plants, including fruits, are vegetables because they belong to the Vegetable Kingdom in the traditional classification of nature.

why can’t we eat bell pepper?

    • @devonrex4959

You can eat them but they really need to be deseeded and the skin removed as these both have toxins in them which isnt great for your gut. They are from the nightshade family and contain lectins. Lectins possibly cause increased gut permeability (leaky gut) and drive autoimmune diseases.
I personally prefer to avoid them where/when possible.

How about overdoing those super veggies ? I dont believe that veggies are auper foods at all. Too much indegistabel materia in them, cuasing gas and bloating.

Usually because your microbiome was trashed from junk food and highly processed food and animal products. Plants free your good gut bacteria. If you don't have enough, you'll likely have problems. You can add enzymes to help too. Many plants are, in fact, super foods.
