      Not that you guys really need his advice out there, ROFL... Last year I visited Italy for 3 weeks, ate a lot of "lectins" (as in pizza, pasta) and came back slimmer ;-)

    Some of us dont want to lose weight. We want to gain. And that is my biggest problem with following advise from this channel. Please make a video for underweight people.

      He did. According to Dr. Gundry, the easiest way to gain weight is by eating more nuts like Macadamia, pistachios, hazelnuts on a daily basis. Just avoid some of the ones that are high in lectins.

      Eat more calories, above appetite even. Your body is highly self regulating and you want to break it's natural state to gain/grow so you will have to overeat regularly

    I do consume all these things on a daily basis and I feel that I have better health for sure. There's still a stubborn small amount of fat around my midsection that just won't go away. Im 59 years old, Is it because of my age?

    Thank you, yet again, Dr. Gundry. Question: Apparently, the "Wonderful" company sprays their Paraquot on their pistachios. Which brand of pistachios do you recommend? I have gone over to organic raw, unsalted, with shells.

      Check with a doctor first - I'd suggest pescription statin drugs with 400 MG Co-Q10 or 200 mg Ubiniqul - red rice yeast can be used in place of statins and is safer but the quality is more variable. Also - wild salmon fish oil and pure krill oil at least 5 times a week (1 mg or more of Omega-3 fats). You would need 300 mcg or more of Vitamin K2 (MK7 version - also liposomal) with Vitamin D + true Vitamin A - especially before you take large amounts of calcium (boron - 9 mg - should also be added). This will prevent plaque in the arteries. In your case, do a calcification test at a hospital for arteries - if the levels are high, 1-2 MG Vitamin K2 daily for 30-60 days straight will help offer some relief. Above all - go for a low-carb diet (excluding fibers - you can take good quantities of plant fibers safely - but it should be natural whole foods and not the processed kind...) that is mostly vegetarian (organic ideally - as close to whole food) and go light on dairy - some amounts of intermittent fasting like avoiding eating 14-18 hours a day will also help reduce insulin resistance.

      No, unfortunately not. Pressure cooking pushes the lectins out of certain foods, but baking can only degrade lectins to less of an extent.

      I disagree. He talks at a good speed and is clear. Too often people talk waaaay too fast on RUclips. The great thing about this video is that many folks can hear this. When people take their time I feel he really wants people to understand the information he is sharing.
      But for those who want it.. then good they have that option of 2x speed

    Ugh, I don't like avocados. The after taste is ick for me. I can tolerate a slice when if I eat it with fajita meat. Other than they're disgusting to me.

      I'd recommend thrive market or an online vitamin shop for getting vitamins. Not a Walgreens or grocery store
