I read that pomegranate seeds have a dense concentration of polyphenols. I add a few Tablespoons to my morning smoothie which consists of 3/4 cup of dark greens and add a small amount to plain goat yogurt. I found frozen organic pomegranate seeds in the market - way easier than peeling. Is plain goat yogurt ok??

I believe dairy and antioxidants do not work together at all... Unless the dairy was raw(not pasteurized) but not sure if then it doesn't kill the antioxants(when consumed together)
      Pasteurized dairy is poison.

Great recipes online for almond bread etc.He has the yes food list available and I share that via tweet with my friends. Then you can do more research online. His YT are of value. If people still eat a lot of grains they have issues with GMO, Roundup and gluten in combo. Use the Instapot to pressure cook the things he said to.

Is it not more likely that they want to be eaten. The seeds will pass undamaged through the digestive system of a bird and be dropped at a new location with a dose of fertilizer to help it along.

But while the extraordinary condition of the vessels supplying blood to the 69-year-old Pritikin's heart is being seized on by advocates of the dietary regimen Pritikin pioneered as proof that his eating habits can cause reversal of hardening of the arteries, the question is likely to remain unresolved and controversial for many more years.

Dr. Gundry's claim that plants don't want to be eaten thus they produce certain compounds that are bad for humans is stupid and ignorant. Does Dr. Gundry honestly think that animals do not want to be eaten too given the fact that animals have pain receptors, intellect, or something spritual in them? It would not be stupid to think that the only consolation these animals have is that by eating them humans are killing themselves too, and in a bad way.

Evolution was proven a false "science" many years ago. Many, MANY scientists have turned away from it because its simply fake. I don't disagree with what Dr. Grundy is saying about food, though, but we didn't evolve from anything. What Dr. Grundy is saying was already built into us from the beginning.

I got his book and I'm starting to follow some of his suggestions (like how to prepare tomatoes, got rid of non stick pans, removed white sugar, upping good fats etc), I feel that dr Gundry has good intentions although I'm NOT okay with his diet premises based on how we were apes etcetera..(really? Can't he see how fearfully and wonderfully made the human body is? You can see God's fingerprints through his creation!) as a Christian I'm all for olive oil and fish, what I also liked is that he isn't anti gluten (which has been a huge trend this past decade), sure he doesn't advise his patients to have gluten since he would prefer to remove all potentially inflammation-causing lectins, but he shed some light on the subject calling it a "minor lectin" and suggesting sourdough bread leaving an alternative for people who still want to eat bread. His diet can be tweaked to fit a biblical diet, I still think he's a brilliant man and pray that he gets saved.

The PC way to say the same thing would be this..."we share 98% or more of our DNA with Primates". Feel more warm and fuzzy now? Because that is really the point...the issue is food and your genetics not if peanut nutter is better for you than kumquats. NOBODY, and I mean nobody in this field is talking about the genetics, Gundry is. It is the key to all of it. Modern food is literally killing us because it feeds the needs of destructive genetic processes. Which just as well happen to serve the needs of an economic system bent on what is called churning. YOU are being churned, killed off per a formula.
