ED recovery has made it really difficult for me to watch other fitness influencers content because it's heavily focused on changing your body, or losing weight, or meal plans and what not, but your channel provides a safe space for me to incorporate intuitive movement into my day and I appreciate you so much for that :')
I'm in a similar boat trying to heal my relationship with food and exercise and I totally agree. It makes me feel really nice to be able to workout without feeling forced into hyper-fixating on a specific part of my body to make it "attractive".
Exactly! I want to rebuild my connection with my body and be able to push myself but so much of the fitness world is just untouchable for me because find it really triggering. I love these videos because I don't feel like I need to fix myself with them, just get stronger and healthier

I feel motivated to do this for at least two weeks! Day 1: That was quick but hard! 🔥 Day 2: The burn was real 🔥 Day 3: My abs hurt but I pushed through 🔥 Day 4: Did it after another 20 min abs and it felt more doable ✨ Day 5: gave my abs a little rest as I went hiking all day 🏞 Day 6: It feels more manageable and I can handle the pain 💪 Day 7: My whole body feels sore and definitely felt my abs too Day 8: Struggled with third exercise, fifth exercise was a burn Day 9: Did another MadFit Ab workout so I skipped this Day 10: Rest day and did this. Abs still burn somehow Day 11: Easy Day 12: Feeling weaker but got through Day 13: Skipped this as I did one 10 min abs Day 14: Stronger! I can see some definition Day 15: on the weaker side but did it Day 16: I was so scared i couldn't do it but it went fast I stopped because I went on a summer vacation. For sure I saw progress physically and I would refer to them as the "lines" started showing up. Starting again after the vacation lol. Day 1: back in the grind

The hardest part of working out abs is the motivation to consistently do the exercises. This workout is manageable in intensity and duration so i could see myself being consistent with it.

as a person in the same boat, i started genuinely and consistently working out in late november and my legs, core, and arms (areas i've been targeting) have clearly (by feel) gained muscle. i have so much more endurance and confidence in my strength. i wish you the best, and hopefully this can provide a little encouragement that even if it seems like you're not progressing, you are. early on, i was super discouraged bc my tolerance and endurance were so low, but it's gone up over time and it's so cool to look back and think, "hey! i did a nice thing for my body and now i'm stronger than i was." again, i wish you well! stay safe & you've got this x

@@eshika8995 i want to disclaim this by saying that 1) everyone puts in different amounts of energy and effort into their workouts because of what they _have_ to put in their workouts, 2) everyone's body responds to nutrition differently, 3) everyone's body responds to exercise differently, and 4) even with the same routine, no one's body will look or feel the same. i usually stick with caroline girvan's dumbbell workouts. i've kind of turned away from madfit as she's gotten kind of clickbait-y and "'x' in 'y' amount of time"-y, if you will. but do the workouts that make you _feel_ good. consistency truly is key, so if you do what you enjoy, you'll stick with it and see results regardless. good luck 🙂

Starting this now with two sets a day because I’m skinny but I want more muscle mass- this comment is my kinda journal I guess Day 1: done! Day 2: done! Day 3: done! (The 2nd and 5th are definitely the hardest for me) Day 4: done! Day 5: done! Day 6: done! Day 7: done! (I can’t believe I’ve been going for a week, it’s already feeling easier than I remember on day 1 haha) Day 8: done! (Except I only did one set bcz of swim and the concert) Day 9: skipped (I was so excited from the concert bahaha) Day 10: done! Day 11: done! Day 12: done! Day 13: skipped (I had last min geography revision) Day 14: skipped (I walked 5k and set up the tent) Day 15: skipped (I walked 19k and had to camp again) Day 16: skipped (walked 16k this time and was too tired when I got home lmao) Day 17: done! (Forgot how tiring this is but also how good it feels when I’ve finished the full 10 mins) Day 18: skipped (bcz of tt and I hate that it happened, planning on doing 4sets instead of 2 tmr to makeup for it) Day 19: Day 20: I missed a few due to tests, and having a cold but I now have a paper book which I will be using to record all my workouts (which will now include more than just this one!) This is literally the best abs exercise that I have found on RUclips … your whole channel is amazing . But this has to be my favourite workout because it’s short and yet so effective. Like my abs were burning when I finished this

A five-minute Ab workout that actually WORKED your abs. I would love to see more mirco-workouts like this one for different areas of the body. Especially abs and core, inner and outer thighs, and glutes. Upper body and back as well. You deserve your 6 million + subscribers, Maddie.

My stamina improved and I've built the habit of completing the workout almost every day (I'm doing it every other day now, cause I'm a little busy at work and school). I think it is really worth it, and it's fun too :)

This has really helped me lose some of my lower belly fat. I used to be so self conscious of my lower belly when I would wear jeans but today I wore jeans sense I was going to the mall and I looked in the mirror and some of my lower belly fat went away and also i have only been doing these exercises for 2 days 3 times every day. So I really recommend doing these exercises but be patient because I’m very inpatient so after doing the exercises once I expected to see results and that’s not how it works so be patient and try to eat healthy too. Thank you for this workout! I really love it. I usually have problems with ab workouts because no matter how much I watch out for good posture my neck usually strains and hurts the next two days and that sucks. I think this video is perfect for me because I didn't feel pressure on my neck at all throughout and it's still super effective. It will be my regular ab workout now :)
I had that problem too and someone told me it's because my core isn't strong enough so I use my head to do the exercise which isn't right. I tried core exercises and those helped

I am a 63 year old trying to hold it together :-). I love your quick, but intense workouts. Right now I use the 5 min Abs (2x wk), 10 min Leg thigh bun, (2x wk) and inner thigh (1x wk). Your routines are easy to follow, and the best part; no equipment.
Doing this for 4 days just to see but I'm doing this starting today, june 24. Day 1: Difficult. Definitely feel the burning in my stomach. I feel really good after the workout
I’m going to try to do this for 2 weeks started August 28th Day 1:✅ good pretty hard. DAy:2 ✅ put more effort in but still har. Did this twice today once in the morning once at night. Day 3: ✅ did this at 6:46 eating less. Little easier Day 4: ✅ starting to do later and later today at 8pm Day 5: did in morning Day 6: doing at 10am Day 7: ✅ gave 100% effort really felt it working
I really love your quick intense abs. After a lotta cardio and upper or lower strength training I really don’t feel it’s necessary or desirable to do a 10-15 min ab, and tbh I feel like intense ones are just as effective as longer less intense ones. Ty for all the great content as always and yes more of these types are welcome!!

Edit: i skipped for like 2/3 days cause of my period, but i do it everyday, since two weeks ago, those exercises stopped beging hard for me, and i already started seeing results! I guess, it would be better if i followed any diet, but i just can't do it:) I reccomend this workout!

Day 1: That was quick but hard! 🔥
Day 2: The burn was real 🔥
Day 3: My abs hurt but I pushed through 🔥
Day 4: Did it after another 20 min abs and it felt more doable ✨
Day 5: gave my abs a little rest as I went hiking all day 🏞
Day 6: It feels more manageable and I can handle the pain 💪
Day 7: My whole body feels sore and definitely felt my abs too
Day 8: Struggled with third exercise, fifth exercise was a burn
Day 9: Did another MadFit Ab workout so I skipped this
Day 10: Rest day and did this. Abs still burn somehow

Day 12: Feeling weaker but got through
Day 13: Skipped this as I did one 10 min abs
Day 14: Stronger! I can see some definition

Day 16: I was so scared i couldn't do it but it went fast
I stopped because I went on a summer vacation. For sure I saw progress physically and I would refer to them as the "lines" started showing up. Starting again after the vacation lol.

The hardest part of working out abs is the motivation to consistently do the exercises. This workout is manageable in intensity and duration so i could see myself being consistent with it.
i love how this workout is more about strength not losing weight ! i’m already really skinny, i just want to increase my muscle mass, excited to see results from this!

as a person in the same boat, i started genuinely and consistently working out in late november and my legs, core, and arms (areas i've been targeting) have clearly (by feel) gained muscle. i have so much more endurance and confidence in my strength. i wish you the best, and hopefully this can provide a little encouragement that even if it seems like you're not progressing, you are. early on, i was super discouraged bc my tolerance and endurance were so low, but it's gone up over time and it's so cool to look back and think, "hey! i did a nice thing for my body and now i'm stronger than i was."

@@eshika8995 i want to disclaim this by saying that 1) everyone puts in different amounts of energy and effort into their workouts because of what they _have_ to put in their workouts, 2) everyone's body responds to nutrition differently, 3) everyone's body responds to exercise differently, and 4) even with the same routine, no one's body will look or feel the same. i usually stick with caroline girvan's dumbbell workouts. i've kind of turned away from madfit as she's gotten kind of clickbait-y and "'x' in 'y' amount of time"-y, if you will. but do the workouts that make you _feel_ good. consistency truly is key, so if you do what you enjoy, you'll stick with it and see results regardless. good luck 🙂

This is literally the best abs exercise that I have found on RUclips … your whole channel is amazing . But this has to be my favourite workout because it’s short and yet so effective. Like my abs were burning when I finished this

My stamina improved and I've built the habit of completing the workout almost every day (I'm doing it every other day now, cause I'm a little busy at work and school). I think it is really worth it, and it's fun too :)

This has really helped me lose some of my lower belly fat. I used to be so self conscious of my lower belly when I would wear jeans but today I wore jeans sense I was going to the mall and I looked in the mirror and some of my lower belly fat went away and also i have only been doing these exercises for 2 days 3 times every day. So I really recommend doing these exercises but be patient because I’m very inpatient so after doing the exercises once I expected to see results and that’s not how it works so be patient and try to eat healthy too. Ok well that’s it. Good luck to the people trying this and don’t give up.🙃(wow i didn’t realize I wrote so much)

Thank you for this workout! I really love it. I usually have problems with ab workouts because no matter how much I watch out for good posture my neck usually strains and hurts the next two days and that sucks. I think this video is perfect for me because I didn't feel pressure on my neck at all throughout and it's still super effective. It will be my regular ab workout now :)
I had that problem too and someone told me it's because my core isn't strong enough so I use my head to do the exercise which isn't right. I tried core exercises and those helped

Day one: Upper abs were absolutely burning! Probably will be sore tomorrow.
Day two: Harder than day one because I was a bit sore but I still finished it. 👍🏻
Day three: Skipped
Day four: Seeing a bit of structure in my upper abs. Workout was slightly easier today. 🙃

I am a 63 year old trying to hold it together :-). I love your quick, but intense workouts. Right now I use the 5 min Abs (2x wk), 10 min Leg thigh bun, (2x wk) and inner thigh (1x wk). Your routines are easy to follow, and the best part; no equipment.

Day 1: Difficult. Definitely feel the burning in my stomach. I feel really good after the workout

I’m going to try to do this for 2 weeks started August 28th
Day 1:✅ good pretty hard.
DAy:2 ✅ put more effort in but still har. Did this twice today once in the morning once at night.
Day 3: ✅ did this at 6:46 eating less. Little easier
Day 4: ✅ starting to do later and later today at 8pm
Day 5: did in morning
Day 6: doing at 10am
Day 7: ✅ gave 100% effort really felt it working
I'm gonna do this for a month :)
Day 1: ✅ done :) didn't take any breaks, that's a good start. It burns :(
I really love your quick intense abs. After a lotta cardio and upper or lower strength training I really don’t feel it’s necessary or desirable to do a 10-15 min ab, and tbh I feel like intense ones are just as effective as longer less intense ones. Ty for all the great content as always and yes more of these types are welcome!!

Edit: i skipped for like 2/3 days cause of my period, but i do it everyday, since two weeks ago, those exercises stopped beging hard for me, and i already started seeing results! I guess, it would be better if i followed any diet, but i just can't do it:) I reccomend this workout!

Day 1: my abs are burning a bit but it's not as bad as I excepted
day 2: MY NECK - i stopped bc my neck is dying...
Day 3: this workout is killing my neck...skipped the scnd excercice (i don't understand it lmao) but did the first one twice
Day 4: It's not that bad, my neck is burning a bit but i feel good! Did another workout afterrwards
Day 4.1: I was running today and was DEAD so i skipped the workout for this day
Day 4.2: had school sports and had to study for an exam today, i also skipped the workout for today
Day 4.3: I completly forgot it....
Day 4.4: Well... i forgot it
Day 5: I really felt the 4 skipped days...my abs are burning so bad
Day 6: It feels so good omg i really missed working out. my abs are burning alittle bit but it's okay!
Day 7: I wasn't concentrated, i wasn't doing the excercises right....
Day 8: I'm SWEATING omg
I don't know how long i wanna do this but I'm trying to do it as often as possible

try not to put pressure or not focus on ypur neck (or making it heavier idk) it can cause serious injuries so take care
