Great yoga! I was never into yoga before lockdown but this has encouraged me to do daily practice. This has been a really helpful, motivating and affirming support during this weird time.
I absolutely agree. The instructions are so clear that I was able to do the entire video without putting my glasses on. (Glasses can limit some poses--child pose, for example.) I loved that I did not have to put my glasses on and take them off!
I like the way you cue. Many yoga instructors talk too much which makes it hard for me to focus on breathing and awareness. You give great cues that are brief and effective.
Sarah’s tone of voice is the most relaxing tone of any yogi that I’ve ever heard. Her videos continue to bring me and many others peace of mind. Sarah, I hope you read this comment and you get the warm & fuzzies from it. On behalf of all your followers, Thank you ❤
I like the way you modify your stretches and advise that when you practice overtime it will improve flexibility. That is encouraging words to hear from people like me who are constantly stiff. It keeps you accountable for practicing daily and continuing to educate yourself in the practice and within yourself.
At 39 I had a heart attack and from this I’ve started to take the fitness journey. I workout 3!days a week with yoga one-two days a week and you sessions are by far the best to follow and leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed after them!! I can put my earbuds in and follow along without having to watch because your instructions and that good!! These are perfect for my level and look forward to growing in yoga with you! This “older” video is just fantastic. I’ve done just about every other video but this one has some special and surprising stuff to it. I also appreciate how in these relatively older videos there is far, far less of the distracting pop-spirituality stuff. This is peaceful and challenging.

I started doing one of your short cool-down videos about 2 1/2 years ago. Doing it consistently, it took me about 1 1/2 years before I could do the poses without modifications. I just did this video for the first time and made it through the entire practice! I was even able to increase my movement on several of the poses! I feel like I’ve worked my entire body yet also feel very relaxed! Thank you for being accessible to beginner yogis ♥️
Just discovered this and had my second go at it this morning. My new morning routine of starting the day with yogin the time of corona is setting me up to avoid physio appointments by curing myself!

I've been following you and a couple of other yoga teachers over the last 3 years. At the start of this year, I slipped and hurt my back. After a couple of weeks of recovery, I knew I needed to do some Yoga to help free up my back. I tried a few different flows bit this one is perfect! The pace is just right, the moves are gentle and it's not complex. Thank you Sara Beth!
It's been a while since I've done any yoga and wow, this couldnt have been better. Very clear directions and lots of great little reminders here and there that helped me improve my poses.

I have lifted weights for 13 years. Now I have much back and shoulder pain. I started doing your yoga a month ago and it has helped me so much, I feel like a different person walking around feeling loose and more flexible. As long as I stay on top of your routines I don't have back pain. These are perfect as would feel uncomfortable going to a class, so it's great I can participate at home. Again, thank you.

Sarah this routine has changed my life! I'm 60 now, but started this routine for years ago… It has kept me from having major hip surgery from a torn labrum. I have back issues as well. In this video keeps me healthy and allows me to continue with my very active and athletic lifestyle! Thank you!

I loved this. It felt a really good stretch on my lower back & hips. I’ve had a ruptured disc then a L4/5 s1 laminectomy & discectomy from birthing my 15yr old daughter . Doing Yoga has changed my whole life in regards to ongoing back pain. It’s reduced my pain a lot ❤

I have been battling tendonitis in my right shoulder for the last 9 months, doing the stretches my doctor gave me. You can imagine my surprise, when after being unable to fully engage in the child's pose, (due to severe pain), at the beginning of this video, I was able to sink completely into it by the end! I will definitely be making this a daily routine. Sarah Beth's calming voice and slow transitions make this so enjoyable for the beginner that I am.

My favorite part was actually when the lyrics kicked in during the middle of the video as we stayed in pigeon for a full minute on each side. Perfection.
I did this for a solid year after the first lockdown 😅 daily, and when the gyms reopened after Summer I didn’t have time for both and went into bodybuilding mode so I just did some freestyling from what I learned in between for stretches - but now I’m banished without a vax passport from my gym again so I’m back to this every day - literally the thing that stops me going crazy! i got an emotional breakdown between the first 10 mins then took a breather and continued and the final 10 mins gave me cry a lil joyful and happy tears . this was my first yoga to ease myself back into my competitive swimming routine after my leg injury. thank you sarah !

I've been doing your yoga for 7 years this is probably my favourite routine. The change of music was good and a good balance of vinyasa and hatha I find vinyasa sometimes is uncomfortable because I like to keep my breathing slow but I can't when sticking to 1 breath 1 movement Thankyou SB you have changed my life. 🙏 namaste

This video was great, very beginner friendly. I enjoyed it despite a very bad right knee, you just have to adjust whatever is possible for your body. I really liked the neck and shoulder stretch with the chin movement, needed that very much!
Again I feel wonderful after this perfect hatha yoga down to earth class. Long holds, no standing poses, no vinyasa. Just wonderful stretches. Chill. I love it. ❤️

I love how you return to the same poses (cow-cat) in between every new exercise. I can explore the movement instead of anxiously looking at your screen to not miss a new pose. The rhythm of that sequence is so natural that I can really relax and put my heart into it. Also I think separating the model and the voice-over improves the individual quality of both. Amazing work, I've been doing it 3 times a week for two weeks now
Hi Sarahbeth, I have to say your class structure and your verbal guidance/narration are The Best I have yet found in my search for online yoga!! I really appreciate that you get right into the practice at the beginning of the class. Your instructions are clear, perfectly paced and timed, not too many words and not too few. The only thing that sometimes doesn’t work for me is the music - sometimes it’s spot on and sometimes it’s distracting for me. But overall your videos are now my favorite!!

I do a lot of your tougher sequences but was feeling stiff and tired this morning and found this older morning stretch. It was great, thank you. Not rushed, almost yin style and really lined up with all I wanted this morning.
Try it dude, it actually feels really nice. I'm kinda addicted now and do it almost every day. If it's too hard then don't push because then ofc you'll hate it.

I do a lot of your tougher sequences but was feeling stiff and tired this morning and found this older morning stretch. It was great, thank you. Not rushed, almost yin style and really lined up with all I wanted this morning.
