Thank you for this challenging series of poses. Every time I practice this, I feel myself getting stronger and having better balance. Yoga helps me age gracefully with ability as I head into my 7th decade.
Wow, I’ve been practicing yoga daily for six years and thought I had a decent amount of lower body strength, but this was a tough one! Loved the poses and transitions though and will definitely come back here again. Thanks for this fun but challenging flow 🙏
Okay I thought I was the only one losing balance during the one leg transitions but turns out a lot of people found it challenging. Thank you to everyone in the comment section for sharing yourr journey. It gives a beginner like me some confidence. And of course, thanks Sarah Beth for the wonderful video.❤
I love it when I keep falling or when I am not able to follow. It is no reflection on the instructions, just insight into my brain. The still pics of adaptions were helpful! And of course your calm voice. I’ll be back.

"Land gracefully in warrior two..." was a great aspiration and eventually I nailed it. I had never seen the Wild Thing recoil toe-touch move, so that was cool.
I absolutely loved this flow!! I have been wanting a flow which included all these poses for soo long! I only wish that skandasan was also included in it! Loved it thoroughly! Thank you Sarah Beth!❤️
I followed your videos a lot during quarantine. Now I'm in a totally different place in life, about to start college and trying to develop good habits and become an adult. Your videos were helpful then and they are helpful now. So glad you're still at it!

I’ve been practicing yoga for years, little studio but mostly at home and mostly sarahbethyoga. I have never felt the need to comment before. But way to go on this flow. It’s challenging and unpredictable which really sets you up for full focus on listening to instruction and focusing on the body and breath. Sometimes when I’ve repeated a video too many times or a flow is standard and routine my mind can wander more. I found myself fully present on my mat during this. Keep growing!

Just waking up in Greece Counting down my last days, just wanted to get back into my Yoga routine for when I get back home. 17:40 fantastic use of the wild thing pose into a functional strength position. This is one of the few 20+ min routines that gets the beads of sweat going!

Thank you. Just what I needed. Haven’t been able to exercise for a while due to tennis elbow’s and my muscles were tight. I feel completely stretched and relaxed. Will be coming back tomorrow for more. ❤
