So many classes just do sun salutations over and over again. I have bad wrists, and the combo of movements in this video does not put excessive pressure on my wrists. Also like how effective SB is in only 30 minutes. Her very specific instructions guide me to doing the moves in the most beneficial way. I've been doing yoga for 12 years, and I love these videos. SB's tone is very calming, professional, and personal, all at the same time.
I wasn't sure I would be into it bc it's 30min and I wasn't in the mood. but I feel good now that I did it. My legs and back feel open. I liked how different child's pose felt from the beginning compared to the end. like butter lol
Came on YT looking for HIIT workouts but my main page was yoga only. Took the sign from the universe and glad did. This session showed me how much Ive progressed with my ankle injury. So grateful. Those low lunges and pigeons were everything

This is the latest session I've tried and my balance must be getting better because I only fell over twice! The yoga has also helped me with the shoulder impingement I've been getting physio for. This is one of my favorites to keep coming back to, and I think it's because of your words, specifically the "maybe one day you'll be able to do [blank], maybe not, who cares?" I struggle with perfectionism all the time, giving up when I'm not doing things perfectly immediately or not improving at the pace I think I should be, so that little statement means a lot to me.

the cross legged forward fold at about 8 minutes in was tough for me. I was wobbling a lot. I am amazed that you can get your ankles to touch! This was a good slow paced morning stretch that got me out of my 'head' and my 'to do' list. THANKS!
I love your routines, Sarabeth. As a request for future videos, I would love a total body routine that has more extensions in it, like more cobras and upward dogs to balance out all the forward folds, halfway lifts, down dogs, etc. Thanks!

I was so relaxed at the end, i somehow didn’t notice the practice was over and stayed in child’s pose for another five minutes before I realized it had been over for awhile. Feel soooo good!❤

I'd never done yoga before. Spent a huge chunk of my life doing martial arts so I figured I was good on stretching. That was extremely intense yet extremely relaxing. I will make it an effort to do this practice once at the end of each week until I can build up into doing it daily. For now I’ve been doing the 10,15, and 20 minute yoga practices over the last few months and I have seen such an improvement but I’m also remembering to listen to my body and breaths as I take my time building up to 1 hour yoga practices. Hello Sarah! Thank you for another great video! My goal for 2020 is workout 5x/week with your yoga routines, I am not perfect, but exercising a lot more than I used to. I can really feel the difference already - poses that made me aware of how tight my muscles were before are now easier and I can really push myself. You have a lovely, calming voice and your instructions are perfect, especially the reminders to relax certain parts of the body while stretching. Thank you again!

Hi Sarahbeth, I'm so glad you recently shared this new 30 minute Morning yoga routine. I have been doing yoga every morning since September last year, mostly to your 30 minute videos, and every now and again, I yearn to change this routine around. The same was the case this morning (it's only 9:45 in Switzerland), and this is why I was so happy to see the new video posted. Love your yoga sessions Sarah Beth. They are simple to follow, very well explained and so so beneficial. I love "juicy" practices where each pose takes 3 breathes at least. Yours are just that. Just became a fan.

Beautiful practice,a very different flow.Hero,eagle,cow,arms,all of the little tweaks just to get that little bit more. Longer holds so you can go that bit deeper,the on screen modification options brings more accessibility to stronger poses. First 30 mins I’ve done for a while,worth the time investment,hips back shoulders legs,all deliciously and gently stretched. Love it!

Loved the routine. Need more spine twists at the end and I prefer a long shvasinah at the end. Especially on the longer routines. 🙏

Excellent practise, really enjoyed it. My only suggestion is to mention protecting the neck a bit more and the importance of neck alignment.

I really love this gentle but thorough routine. The postures are challenging but accessible and the music is lovely.
