I really enjoy this one. I would like to see one for cycling cool down. I use this one but it doesn't really do a lot for my shoulders so then i end up doing a shoulders full routine...just takes more time.

Thanks Sarah 🙏 Request: It would be awesome if you could do a flow or other specific asanas if you overdo it on a run and blend runners yoga with sore muscles postures. This was practically perfect thought. Thanks again!

Sarah Beth, this was fantastic!! I LOVED the part where you instructed into downward dog and to move the opposite foot behind the heel. This was amazingly effective in stretching the calves which after a run are always in need of a really good stretch. This was perfect!! I'll definitely be using this again as my cool down after a run. Thank you!!!

Love this one! I’m a runner and also have persistently tight hips/glutes/calves so this is a perfect fit for my weekly routine. The one thing I would like more of is a focus on releasing all the glute muscles as this tends to be the biggest factor when I have issues with my lower back. Trying to be more vigilant with the foam roller but wondering what yoga poses might help as well. Thanks as always for the fabulous videos!
I like the routine! But the music is really killing the calming mood I would like to achieve with yoga for me, it's distracting and not calming. Such a pity :(
Understandable. I have a lot more, you would like the UNWIND collection. Stay away from the teal and pink thumbnails as they will have more upbeat power music. But a lot of the blue thumbnails will be about right for you and the purple thumbnails for sure

This was too twisty for my bad lower back. Would have preferred if the modified stretches were featured instead.
I love the workout and the stretching but the music is very annoying
