Wow this is amazing! I’m definite using this in the future. My friends and I started a new workout plan and our old cool down wasn’t working anymore. I scrolled through RUclips until I found this and it was perfect! I’m definitely recommending this to anyone who needs something to top off a day at the gym. 😍😁

Thanks SarahBeth - I hadn't done this one in awhile, and it was definitely a nice stretch after a tough kettlebell workout! I love the prone shoulder stretch to twist and teach it in my own classes (although it always seems to be a struggle to get students to figure out what they are supposed to be doing).
Revisited this - nice chill practice, and I especially enjoyed the attention to shoulders and hips.

I hurt my lower back and legs really badly about three years ago (fell asleep in an awful position on a long plane ride) and freaked out because I am a dancer, was recommended your videos, and have been using them ever since. I love that throughout these years, no matter what new things I might want a yoga routine for (working out, specifically for my hips or my neck, a good wake-up morning routine etc.) there is always a wonderful routine that you've made! This comment is to show my appreciation and admiration! You've unknowingly helped so much in my journey to mindfully take care of my body, thank you

Absolutely love this video for my post workout flow! The legs up the wall is so relaxing and your postures all have a slightly different movement or angle that's out of my normal routine that make me feel soooo great after a heavy sweat session.

I have been slacking in my practice and could tell it. Decided to do a proper yoga cool down after strength training today and, wow, this was perfect. October was a crazy month and just this 15 minutes helped release so much tension.
The last posture with legs on the wall and arms wide was really good!

Loved today's practice! Never done this one and realized I needed the different leg stretches, my hamstrings and inner thighs are tight. I also really appreciated today's intention and reminder of self care. It was so timely.

You're by far my favourite youtube yoga instructor, I love that I usually don't have to look at the screen while I practice yoga with you because your instructions are so accurate and thorough. I absolutely love your 30 minute level 2 flexibility class, I don't think I could ever get bored with it. Would you consider making a 1-hour (that we would paid for obviously, just as 1 hour warrior practice) level 3 flexibility class? I love to practice yoga for 1-1,5h and usually I have to combine few of your videos so I end up doing the same asanas 3 or 4 times ;) Have a great day, thank you so much for your amazing videos!
+Crash Site Great feedback! I'm definitely coming up with a 60 minute Yoga for Flexibility class :) It'll be more of an all-levels class with options to modify and options to go deeper. I like to keep them on the challenging side so people can practice the video over and over again :) Hopefully it's what you're looking for!

Wow. I just did this one after a workout and it’s what I needed. I like what you said at the end that you made a video talking about how you balance your fitness and yoga practice. Hey Sarah! Amazing video as always ;-) I just have a question for you - is there any specific yoga routine to follow for a someone with a hunchback? It's a huuuge problem for me. I have been hunching for like 5 years now, you can imagine what my back looks like :-/ thank you in advance ;-)
olkap12 Hi there! I'm not a professional like a chiropractor or physical therapist, they can offer you the best advice! My guess (for most posture problems) is that your front is tight and your back is weak, so I would be mindful to strengthen the back and lengthen the chest and lower abs/ hip flexors. Please ask you doctor and get back to me! Also modify postures on your back with a pillow underneath your head so you don't strain your neck ;)

olkap12 I know this is an old comment, but I have lordisis. one way to help is to strengthen proper back muscles, like the other comment says. it's hard in the beginning because you have to have proper form to get proper results. so you constantly have to check your stance, it will get easier and easier over time 😌
What is the title of your talking video that you mentioned at the end? I'm very interested! I began strength training recently, though I've been a yogi for 3.5 years

I’m curious if you may have some advice to help me out.... certain poses especially when I lay on my stomach is rather uncomfortable because I am large chested. Do you know how I may be able to still do the poses but not feel like I’m smooshing my breasts?
