      I did this video for the first time yesterday, right before my pet parrot passed away after being sick for a stressful 7 days. She passed just a few moments after I finished. I really let go of my anxiety and believe she sensed that she could let go of the pain. I am devastated of course but I believe this video came to me at the perfect time. Thank you for doing what you do. You are a blessing.

    Your calm soothing voice gives me peace and stability in stressful chaotic weeks I have experienced. I too cried and it felt good to cry. It does not solve my challenges but it releases emotional attachment to it. It the storm you made me find serenity ❤

    I’ve spent weeks bedside with my mama who is on hospice, so many cathartic tears flowed during this practice thank you from the bottom of my heart 😊

    I have never cried during yoga before until today. My mum passed june 2023 and monday will be her first birthday since. I knew there was something building emotionally but didnt expect it to come out on the mat. Thank you Sarah Beth, that was well needed x

    This video came up right when I needed it the most.
    Yesterday I found out that the person I'm completely in love with hasn't been truthful with me. Then my dad called me to tell me he has cancer (yep, happened on the same night). I didn't know how to feel about either situation.
    I've noticed in the last couple of months that I tend to intellectualize my emotions- meaning I think about how I SHOULD feel about situations (and how I SHOULD respond) instead of just leaning into the emotion I am actually experiencing. This video allowed me to do just that and I feel like I can now process how I REALLY feel about both of these situations, instead of cutting my emotions off altogether.

    I lost my Dad a few months ago and when you started with "whatever you need healing from this isn't forever...." the tears just poured out 💔 Not what I was expecting from my yoga session today, but exactly what I needed...a good cry😭🤣😂 Grief is such a sneaky thing and I appreciate your kindness and vulnerability 😊 thank you for sharing!

    Excellent practice this morn. Did it by the tv screen. Yes feelings and crying and laughter usually arise in me so much of the time and they always have esp these yin style. Emotions, yes, and i always allow them SBY, I have been hooked on your videos for a couple yrs now and i hate to miss a day. They ALWAYS make a difference in my day and of course for the positive.     I liked the long-hold stretches in this. So often stretches are held for a few seconds and do basically nothing. The time flew by as well!

    I love this stretch. It totally release my lower back pain and left shoulder. I was working on my core without strecthing like this yoga and i pay the price of lower back muscle spasms. Now i need to go back to yoga. Thank you so much.

    I'm not a typical athlete, however, going from intense farm work to house painting, I definitely feel like an athlete. Doing these deep stretches after a work week definitely brings up euphoric/grateful feelings.

    This was intense. It was really good after a week of being away on a city trip. Not practicing yoga and walking a lot has made my body tense. This practice helped to release some of that tension. I really liked that these stretch poses were not the usual poses
