I did this video for the first time yesterday, right before my pet parrot passed away after being sick for a stressful 7 days. She passed just a few moments after I finished. I really let go of my anxiety and believe she sensed that she could let go of the pain. I am devastated of course but I believe this video came to me at the perfect time. I have never cried during yoga before until today. My mum passed june 2023 and monday will be her first birthday since. I knew there was something building emotionally but didnt expect it to come out on the mat. Thank you Sarah Beth, that was well needed x
This video came up right when I needed it the most. Yesterday I found out that the person I'm completely in love with hasn't been truthful with me. Then my dad called me to tell me he has cancer (yep, happened on the same night). I didn't know how to feel about either situation. I've noticed in the last couple of months that I tend to intellectualize my emotions- meaning I think about how I SHOULD feel about situations (and how I SHOULD respond) instead of just leaning into the emotion I am actually experiencing. This video allowed me to do just that and I feel like I can now process how I REALLY feel about both of these situations, instead of cutting my emotions off altogether. Thank you, so much.

I love this stretch. It totally release my lower back pain and left shoulder. I was working on my core without strecthing like this yoga and i pay the price of lower back muscle spasms. Now i need to go back to yoga. Thank you so much.

I liked the long-hold stretches in this. So often stretches are held for a few seconds and do basically nothing. The time flew by as well!
