I'm looking hard at the 4520. I prefer diesel but you mentioned that the "K" is preferable for lots of slope use. Can you elaborate why? I have very hilly property to maintain

Yep, even a well used will cost near 30k. if you have a large farm or as a business it is perfect, very complicated for the average person to use.

With the rear hitch you mentioned you can run tractor implements, does that mean the Ventrac will accept non-Ventrac based tractor implements? For example could it run a small plow or disc or rake?

Yes it can! It will handle some small Cat 1 implements that would work on tractors.
