Thank you for being so open and honest. You are refreshing. I've dropped about 145 pounds. I don't say lost because what's lost can be found, and I don't want to find it again. 😊 Anyway, I had the extra skin removed from my stomach but not the other surgeries as I'm 72 and figure I can live with it. But, honestly, if I had the finances, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I wear 3/4 sleeves to hide the skin on my arms and don't wear shorts like I use to my the upside is I feel so much better. Thank you for all your videos and how you help us with our weight loss and keeping it off journey. ❤
Almost the same for me. I'm 64. Down 100 lbs. Lift 3x a week, cardio daily. Loose skin everywhere. I would like to have the surgery, especially on my arms. It's on my goal list.
I’m 70 and lost 40 lbs.. have about 10 more lbs to lose.. I do have loose skin but won’t get any surgery done.. thank God my husband loves me the way I look..
I would love to see your scar revision journey! I’d like to have a Mommy makeover one day. I still have plenty of weight to lose from baby #3 but am very interested in an honest experience to take into consideration. Thanks for always being so open, honest and positive about such common topics us woman have questions about. You’re so inspiring! Sending 🫶🏼 from Fresno, Ca!

Scars over excess weight all day, every day. No contest, no comparison! You look incredible, Mayra! Be proud of how far you come! All the best with your scar retouching!
Lost 289lbs. My husband said it is my choice. However, due to other health issues he doesn't want me to take the risk. The only thing I want is my arms. My legs i can't get done due to having lymphedema. But right now we are saving for a house so I don't want to pay for it. Yes please share the journey.
After loosing that much weight, wouldn't your health insurance cover it? You should look into that. Congratulations on your achievement by the way 👏 that's amazing!
Hey all, My partner and I lost 175 lbs between the 2 of us doing carnivore and then keto. We used fasting and intermittent fasting and neither of us have major loose skin issues. We sear that this is what helped us. We would regullary intermiitent fast using 16/ 8 and then did several 24 hours and up to 72 hours. As she said, everyone is individual but this is worth a try to avoid pain and scars as she said.
@@jelemilnot an accurate statement. Yes age has something to do with in but also fasting and autophagy has a lot to do with diminishing the amount of loose skin.
@@janerosenbaum5742you are wrong. Autophagy only does so much. It really does depend on age, diabetic or not(this effects hydration and elasticity), your general elasticity...do you have stretchmarks???? How large were you to begin with? Double the size and up...going to be loose skin for sure. Autophagy is limited.
I’ve had so many surgeries for various reasons! Scars are nothing more than battle wounds! Wear them with pride. I’ve also had a tummy tuck so I get that scar being the worst! Can’t wait to see your before and after! Best of luck!
I would love to see a vlog on that journey!! It’s so amazing how you’ve lost all that weight and you look so fantastic girl!! I had implant surgery recently from a breast reconstruction due to breast cancer! And i am still healing but i wear the scars with pride😊😊❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🎉🎉
You are so inspiring not only with how much you share of your recipes and overall journey but with how positive you are about your body image! Discussing loose skin after weight loss is a VERY senisitive topic for so many people. I personally know it is the reason I am scared to lose weight (again) but listening to you talk so openly about it helps me because your heart is truly in the right place in how you want your experience to help others. Thank you! And YES! I'd love to see the continuation of your new surgery journey!

Thank you for sharing this and being so open and vulnerable. A lot of “influencers“ that have lost weight hide the steps they took before / after. I’m 33 and starting my journey; I’m 201.00 and I’m trying to get back down to 125.
You are such an inspiration!! I think it would be great for you to video the process of having your scars removed. You are so honest and forthright! Thank you!!
Thank you for sharing your weight, loss journey, and your surgeries that you’ve had. Some people on here on these channels they don’t share anything. Thank you for your honesty. It is good that you had supportive family members. My husband says scars are sexy and show that you have lived a life without fear. Good thing because I have plenty of scars, including a rather large one on my neck from surgery. I work in a children's science center and if they ask about it I tell them that someone cut my throat! Lol. .
Thank you for being so honest!! I’d love to see your journey!! I want to definitely get my thighs done and stomach. Mine look absolutely disgusting! I can’t even wear shorts my legs look so bad. It’s been like that since I was a kid. One day hopefully I can!
Wow! You are incredibly brave to have done this at such a young age! It is so beautiful to see you happy and confident. I was 16 years old when I got plastic surgery -Rhinoplasty! I paid for it all on my own. It cost $4500 CAD and $1500 CAD for the Anesthesia and hospital bed for one night. My father came with me at the consult to give consent. The plastic surgeon did a terrible job but I was still happy I got it done. I am 50 years old today and I am still healing from the scars left behind. Not the scars of the surgery, but the scars from being teased from having a big nose. Building back my self-confidence took a lifetime. You inspire me☺️
After losing my 130 lbs I have a ton of extra skin. I was intermittent fasting . I’m glad you brought up this subject! I struggle with not being able to afford the surgery and if I did is it worth all that. Plus nobody talks about the painful, chronic yeast infections you get with extra skin just like when you’re overweight ….Ugh!
Yes, please will you take us along on the scar revision surgery? I had skin removal surgery, and I also have hypertrophic scars. I think about having them revised someday.

You inspire me☺️
Were u a stripper/escort at 16? 🤔
I’d love to follow the process
