Love all these recommendations! I love hard boiled eggs with hot sauce and other seasonings for a quick, healthy, satisfying snack. Being Type 1 diabetic, this helps maintain my blood sugars.
I use 2/3 unsweetened almond milk you can use vanilla, 1/3 fairlife 2% and trivia liquid flavored vanilla or Carmel (Amazon) or sweet leaf butter toffee stevia for real low carb swap the fairlife for half and half. Fairlife for me is happy medium it has protein and lower cal less fat then half and half
I find that heavy cream in my coffee and green tea is AWESOME! I only use 1 tbs per cup so am not getting all the junk that's in creamer. Half and half is good too...just a little more carb, but not as creamy as heavy cream. Even if you're not keto or low carb, 1 tbs of heavy cream is not going to hurt you. That and a little stevia along with 1 tbs of MCT oil (start MCT oil at 1 tsp when you first try it for the first couple of days until you get used to it or you can get a little diarrhea...you'll adjust quickly) is my morning ritual...SOO GOOD! ☺️

I just did a test, the other day. I tested my sugar my normal 2 hours after eating and was 98. I had two ounces of vodka (just vodka) and 2 hours later, I was at 100. The key is to have a "little" and only grain alcohol. Wine and beer have way more carbs, though having a little every so often is not going to hurt. Also stay away from most of the mixers, they have way too much sugar, but diet soda isn't bad, as long as all the artificial stuff in it doesn't bother you. Also, I have started eating Carbe Diem pasta. If you want low carb pasta, that actually tastes and eats like real pasta, you should try this. I can eat a good size portion and it doesn't raise my sugar any more than it normally is.

I used to get those and thought they were amazing until i realized it had gums and i said nope The malk brands are not terrible . They have clean ingredients but the creamer is not creamy I saw a video on someone making their own milk and sweetening it with dates.

I find healthy clean plant milk at Sprouts It’s called Elmhurst brand They only have 3-6 ingredients and there all healthy This is what I use for my coffee and I use liquid stevia and I get it at Sprouts too I drink coffee only one time a day and I have been losing weight

I need to lose the last 10 and I find it to be the hardest 10 pounds to lose. After a lifetime of drinking coffee with milk I finally was able to change to black coffee in the morning. It has definitely helped me curb my appetite

I would say use whole milk or a cleane plant based milk with 2-3 ingredients add cinnamon and honey . I use a dash of honey and that’s enough

Fruit is sugar and needs to be very very limited. A bowl of oatmeal and fruit is the worst thing for your body. It’s all sugar and carbs.
