My wife and I enjoy your channel we began doing a lowish carb eating plan since Jan and have lost a bit of weight my wife being a diabetic also helps her, unfortunately here in the UK we can't get a lot of the foods or equivalent that you have being on a budget and purchasing foods in one supermarket on one weekly shop makes it more difficult but we do try and some of your ideas have made it a bit easier

Many people find this more sustainable for long term healthy eating than calorie counting and weighing food, which as you said can end up stressing people out and creating a scarcity mindset around food. Nutrient dense, intuitive eating all the way - strong over skinny :-)

Where did you get your glass straws from? Because I would to get some lol. I started this low carb weight loss 3 weeks ago I can tell I have loss some weight I didn't weigh myself when I started so I don't know for sure how much I've lossed it might be from 1 - 3 pounds. I can’t use any kind of milk or almond milk for anything milk don’t go well with my tummy . When I make smoothies I use protein shakes . Powered protein makes my tummy bloat . If I have better option or use protein shakes is good let me know with a message . Thanks . 😊
The iron/period things feels like it checks out, the only time I ever fancy red meat is time of the month and I believe is super high in iron so made sense to me to eat.
It is better for your blood sugar levels to break your fast at the morning (or when you wake up) but it is more sustainable to push your breakfast later on the day. Find what works for you ❤
