"We've Had Some Guest Concerns That They Feel Uncomfortable That They're Being Recorded"

Here we are at this Chick-Fil-A location to conduct a first amendment audit to see if if my right to document from a public sidewalk will be respected. & soon enough I had customers taking issue with my presence outside. There was a group of women dining on the patio , when one of them decided to approach me stating that they felt uncomfortable. As I continued conducting my business, at some point, they went to complain to management inside. A short time later, an employee who appeared to possibly be management came out to reiterate the concerns that the customer shared with me & I explained to her how equal rights work, since the restaurant has a right to document for their reasons , as well as I do for mine.
