"Who Are You? What Are You Talking About? Do You Have A Press Pass?

  • This audit takes place on the public sidewalk when I decided to document outside this government contracted business. I'm guessing someone from inside the building alerted possibly upper management to my presence, because approximately 20 minutes after I arrived, a vehicle pulled up onto the property & the driver soon approached where I was standing & wanted to know why i was documenting along with asking if I had a press pass. After that encounter he then retreated back inside & appeared to get on his device to place a call. Soon after that , two officers arrived on scene & proceeded to go inside the front entrance to speak with the calling party. I decided to give this business a fail for calling police for a lawful activity & gave the officers a pass for how they conducted themselves while interacting with me.

The idiot wants to call the police over a camera on public property while their own camera is recording everyone out in public. The 1st amendment allows both cameras to record and why I have cameras around my own house which records houses and people around my property. The 1st amendment allows that also. In fact I’ve had the police get camera footage from me twice. One time they did it personally. Copied some video to their USB memory stick directly from my NVR. That was a about some shooting down the street from me.
I always say, if you want to go on the sidewalk and record my house, you have every right to do so, as my cameras record you right back. 🎉🎉🎉. If you go onto my private property to record, that’s another matter. I do have a no trespassing sign posted.

Dam - I give the cops respect when you ask for their names and they snap to attention with elbow backs and say their names. That them giving the public respect and I have no problem returning it but not my name.

If you want to shoot through a window with glare, you have to put the camera right up to the glass and make the shadow of the camera itself knock the glare down. Otherwise you may as well not shoot through glass that has a glare at all.

how can someone run a business without knowing about the constitution and where their boundary lines are. Closing a gate for what? if there was something nefarious going on it would have happened before they closed the gate, it is just stupidity.
