"Who Are You? What Are You Talking About? Do You Have A Press Pass?

- This audit takes place on the public sidewalk when I decided to document outside this government contracted business. I'm guessing someone from inside the building alerted possibly upper management to my presence, because approximately 20 minutes after I arrived, a vehicle pulled up onto the property & the driver soon approached where I was standing & wanted to know why i was documenting along with asking if I had a press pass. After that encounter he then retreated back inside & appeared to get on his device to place a call. Soon after that , two officers arrived on scene & proceeded to go inside the front entrance to speak with the calling party. I decided to give this business a fail for calling police for a lawful activity & gave the officers a pass for how they conducted themselves while interacting with me.

These officers are a perfect example of how the call should be handled.
Other than the "first name again" trick
The call should be answered on the phone so as to not waste resources.
They are the police. Not officers.
Cops were great, another lesson learned for the employees inside.
One of the strangest things I've noticed on these videos is how many 60 yr. old men there are, who never have been in a fight their entire lives, come strutting out, ready to throw done over someone using a camera. What goes wrong in their head?
Haha, that dude has probably "thrown down" plenty of times 40 yrs ago, and may have been able to hold his own,,,but some old dudes (like myself) believe they can still do it successfully, and thats what gets them in trouble. A man has gotta know his limitations.
It’s called being a douche bag
It’s all the need to ego fluff.
the gate closing cracks me up every time
Yep!😂 He can't see us now!
He let the Police notest that image in computer? This could be classified like spionage you now that?
It's in plain view for anyone to see
Two totally professional, law-enforcement officers, thank you very much officers ‼️👍👍👮🏼♀️👮🏼♀️
That first cop was trying to be sneaky. Asked "what was your name again?". A tactic cops use to gain details.
Cops handled the call very well. Why can't all cops learn from this?
When asked for a press pass ask them if they are qualified and trained on verifying one.
We’ll considering thru are also filming the public you should ask them for their press pass.
Educating the public one person at a time.
Very important work.
Yes it is 👍💯
Oh yes , very important work.
He should win the annual public service award

Unlike you.
@@glorial1569 Considering he educated this company which might be a few dozen people, he along with thousands witnessed 2 great cops, he putting his own safety on the line, his freedom, and all of this on his own dime. Not cause someone asked him to or voted for him to, cause those people get very little done, or citizens wouldn't feel compelled to take on this activity in the first place. Auditors are an important arm of We the People. Watch 100 audits and might see a dozen good cops. And far fewer public servants in other public departments. These auditors do a great service for We the People. Maybe they do deserve recognition.
They called him in to respond to a photographer lurking on public property? He must be very important to that company!
A very important fool.
Was not public he invaded that propriety when put images from that computer, inside that business! He can recorder you at the shower? Cause is The same, right?
Back in the days when men were men, the press used to wear a hat with a bit of paper that said ' PRESS ' on it. Hahaha, give it a try mate. I think Jimmy Olsen had one of them AT's.😅😅😅😅
Now that would be funny!
Member berries member that....🍇😁
I like that you have the actual law with you and offer it to your subjects but they almost never have any interest in learning what you have to share. They would prefer to allow their emotions to dictate their behavior and actions rather than their intellect. So predictable.
Even if they read it, they still end up calling the cops.
@@WernotfreeSome they belive cop's know the law better than a private citizen most times they don't understand either.
ONLY the IGNORANT refuse the LAW
@@Wernotfree The feelings police. To placate their tears.
Excellent job by these officers…and no directives given as they leave. So refreshing!
This audit should be forwarded to every police department for their continuing education classes. A perfect "how to" audit.
"Press pass"? What a m0ron. Too bad tax $ have to go to people who already wasted lots of tax $.
Yeah no such thing as a universal press pass. Those are event and time specific for venue premises only. Same as a backstage pass.
@@kishascape yes, the main point is that gov't agencies cannot demand them. Only private venues

Always surprised how many Americans don’t know our constitution.
That is because the government has been GUILTY for MANY YEARS of DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA and it is working!!!!!!!!!
You're right. my 9th-grade civics teacher's first assignment was to learn and be able to recite 1 amendment/wk for 10 weeks. i didn't like it then, but i appreciate it now.
I’ll tell you one
TRUMP !
@@glorial1569 Trump never claims to be a lawyer. He seems to be way better than most at knowing business law and does have very good common and sixth sense. The real culprits not knowing the Constitution are the leftist three robed upscale shysters currently on the SCOTUS, especially the affirmative action female duo that substitutes agendas and feelings for what’s written in the Constitution.
Love it when they close the gate , that is totally see through lol
Ive been educated about public photography few years ago when I drove through an active audit on my way to work. Keep up the good job.
Did You ever find out who's channel it was ?
How did you respond/handle it? I know I wouldn’t have handled it well 10 years ago.

I love watching your videos every Saturday morning.
Thanks for your support & tuning in to the channel Brenda 😀👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
Most welcome
Hey, a couple of good cops. Friendly, courteous, and they respected the law with no copsplaining. Way to go.
Okay cops. GOOD cops don’t even make contact with the camera person. They just educate the whiner and leave.
They were also phishing for her personal information. She was smart enough to not fall for it.
@@alanyoder7629 Very few of those. Very few indeed.
Awesome cops, nice to see makes a pleasant change, they should have got a couple of donuts for being such good guys.
Kudos to the law enforcement officers for being so professional and courteous!!
Love your videos. Great job.
Very nice audit.
That's the way to do it my friend. And by the way thumbs up to these two fine officers. They are well educated and very professional.👍 that's very hard to come by these days. Those two officers have my respect.
"can I see your press pass".... You should pull out one of those "easy buttons" 😂
I have one on my shelf at home ..." That was easy"😂👍
Is that Staples/Business Depot/Office Depot ??
No fool like a old fool
A press pass 🤣😂😛 I'm a gangster LMFO
I really admire your approach, girlfriend. When confronting cops, you don't do what some other auditors do, which is put a chip on their shoulders and dare the cops to knock it off - which sometimes results in VERY unfortunate results. I like your passive-aggressive approach, ie: "I don't know why you said again" LOL!
(That said, these cops were actually pretty cool! Kudos!)
"Coming Up Un This Installment...Stay Tined"
Great work, appreciate the cops' interaction with you. Continued blessings.
Just given it a bit of thought mate, I don't remember Clarke Kent ever wearing a press pass, nor Lois Lane for that matter. Crikey, what's d would coming to mate.😮😮😮
The govt contracts thing always confuses them! Hilarious 😂. Nice work
I'm calling my mommy, she'll set you straight.
The owner of this company came out unfriendly & aggressive right off the bat. What an ugly expression on his face - the downturned mouth & air of indignation. For what?
If that's aggressive to u god help u in the real world
The owner got called in from his golfing. Who wouldn’t be mad over that?😂
The idiot wants to call the police over a camera on public property while their own camera is recording everyone out in public. The 1st amendment allows both cameras to record and why I have cameras around my own house which records houses and people around my property. The 1st amendment allows that also. In fact I’ve had the police get camera footage from me twice. One time they did it personally. Copied some video to their USB memory stick directly from my NVR. That was a about some shooting down the street from me.
I always say, if you want to go on the sidewalk and record my house, you have every right to do so, as my cameras record you right back. 🎉🎉🎉. If you go onto my private property to record, that’s another matter. I do have a no trespassing sign posted.
And what about those nifty sunglasses?....woo woo
It's nice to see a couple of decent cops. They definitely need to learn to secure their electronic data though.
Closing gates/doors always makes me laugh. (1) Because the closure doesn't always impede the camera's view. (2) The videographer hasn't made any move to set foot on the property, let alone enter the faciliy. LOL
They may be think our auditor might be "casing" on their property and to hit their point home, is to close the gate to let her know that no one can enter in their back lot and steal.
Hint: When trying to video record through a window with glare, get as close as possible so the reflection of your camera creates a “dark” spot.
You need a pocket Constitution for when people ask to see your press pass.
Could you please pull out the laws on public photography as soon as someone questions you to see their reaction.I want to see if they still bark even after you showed them! Would be interesting to watch. Next audit would be nice.
Maybe you need to watch it again he did but the guy just walks away.
@@brianmcgovern9005 No I meant straight away when somebody approaches not after a little chit chat but immediately
@@RushiAnton OK,....got it.

California Law Public Photography. The guy is walking away but the next part is a photo of and description of said law! So maybe before you come at me with a "cocky" comment how about you think before you speak next time.
Two very good officers! We need more like them!
Was great to see some law enforcement without ego or prejudices....just courteous respectful and lawful. Thanks for the professionalism.....it is sadly a rarity among your fellow officers.
Those officers know how to do their job. Good on them
Professional, educated, and relaxed cops and NO directives!! Really nice to see a few of this very rare tiny minority of US cops!!
They even could be among the very few not using the word"unfortunately" before they tell people that it's legal to record in public and everything visible from a public area. 👍👍
The cops both did a great job.
The man that approached you at first must have been at least a 'liiiiiiittle' annoyed that the cops didn't do anything .
OOhhhHH well! 🤭 Hehehe
Well done, Chris ! 🐾✌️
Hi there grumpy guy got educated great video
Those cops did a great job. Friendly and courteous.
Fear is rife in the land of the free, home of the Brave !!! Love good policing. It’s refreshing.
"What's your first name again?" He knows damn well you didn't give it, but it's a technique he uses almost without thinking to gain compliance. When dealing with police, never forget that they practice lying and manipulating people day in and day out. Say as little as possible to them.
It's a shame that Darren stayed inside to talk to the LEO. When you see the look on their faces when they get the bad news that your not going to jail for making them feel uncomfortable; Priceless!
Nice to see friendly interaction with police.
Tustin PD is an excellent PD!
Great content. Very informative. 1 piece of advice, invest in polarizing filters for your cameras. With a polarized filter you'd cut right through that glare on windows. Trust me. They're cheap, and it will help significantly.
Been subscribed for a while and never usually comment but if you read this just want to say i like you put out a lot of content so i dont have to wait long to get my *fix" lol. Keep up the great work.

Love ur video as always and the intro❤
Oh no, they closed the gate, you can’t see anything, lol
two thumbs up for the police and how professional they were....good job
It's a good thing they invested in that photography-proof chain link gate to protect themselves from video cameras.
That wasn't too bad.
Thanks again for what you do!
I find it really funny that they closed their see through fence.
This never should have happened. The police dispatcher failed in her duties by not schooling the caller on 1st Amendment Rights to film in public. Also the caller should be fined for misusing the Emergency Call System by making a frivolous call.
I’ve seen where cops arrived to tell biz owners that there is no crime in photography from a sidewalk and they grew so ticked at hearing that the owners shouted that they were calling police again. If one cop won’t do their bidding..why not bother another. That’s how angry they got. So dispatch might catch hell for not sending police. Often the biz owners flat out lie to get cops sent …as in…there’s a weapon.
Awesome police response. For you mam another great audit.
Geez the old guy he looked real mean & when he walks he waddles like a duck.🦆🦢💩🤡👹😅

Okay police here. Need all police to act this way. God Bless
Imagine a world where you think that you can call the cops and they are going to do something about a person standing on a public sidewalk because you don't agree with them. The EGO involved is amazing.

Dam - I give the cops respect when you ask for their names and they snap to attention with elbow backs and say their names. That them giving the public respect and I have no problem returning it but not my name.
“Do you have a press pass?”
“Does the 1A need a permission slip?”

Good thing they locked that gate, that will stop the camera from seeing past it
I love when the cops play that trick like what was your name again.

Oh No! They closed the magic gate🙆
Thank God they closed their gate. Now you won't be able to see ANYTHING... 😁

Chris...just absolutely love you.
Thanks 😀👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
You be killed the game 🎮 I never gave to you in the first time
Closing the chain link gate almost made it impossible to see in the back.
If you want to shoot through a window with glare, you have to put the camera right up to the glass and make the shadow of the camera itself knock the glare down. Otherwise you may as well not shoot through glass that has a glare at all.
how can someone run a business without knowing about the constitution and where their boundary lines are. Closing a gate for what? if there was something nefarious going on it would have happened before they closed the gate, it is just stupidity.
Employee was so furious
WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THE CONVERSATION BETWEEN darren AND THE COPS
Ha, if I had been that first guy I would've been like, "Who are you and why do you give a crap about any government contracts we may have had (according to you)?"
(But as an insider I do understand why you ask it.)
Quick, close the chain link fence so they cant see in.
Should have yelled , OH NO I CAN’T SEE ANYMORE LOL
I can't believe that the computer screen in that one office can be read from the window!!!
