"Can You Stop Taping...I Will Call The Police If You Don't Stop

- This audit takes place outside this Bank Of America location. Security was posted near the front door & took notice of me almost immediately. Of course he gave the classic cam-back . A short time later a bank rep. approached me on the sidewalk telling me that if I didn't stop recording her & the bank, she would call police. A while later, a customer who was curious about what I was doing made contact stating that he thought I was stalking customers as they were exiting the bank by documenting.

The man doesn't graps the concept of creating your OWN privacy. Wearing a mask is creating my OWN privacy. As for agitating the police. Auditors simply provide an opportunity for the police to show who they are; good or bad.
He was his own example of a “reaction” because he had no reason whatsoever to even stop and ask questions in the first place. Why didn’t he just mind his business and go on to his car?
Unfortunately a mask may soon be insufficient. In Communist China the constant use of masks has made facial recognition problematic. But the Communist Party has developed "gait recognition" which is almost as accurate. Just by quickly analyzing how you walk the gov't can eliminate 80-90% of other persons. Then they can use location, height, weight and other physical factors to identify you. The U.S. gov't is working hard to adapt this technology and to install facial and gait recognition cameras on all public buildings. Search "ap news gait recognition" for more information.
The cops say they bait them, but then take the bait...
@@stevens4492 Their ego won't let them leave the bait alone!
you always hear them say stuff like 'you're trying to stir shit up' but the truth is they're giving others the opportunity to NOT-stir shit up. something that takes literally 0 effort lol
If the employee felt that threatened she wouldn’t feel comfortable enough to walk up to you
Not the point. She wanted to order someone around with her perceived privilege, and authority.
She didn’t expect anyone to ever say, “no” to her.
@@tallchap8070that WAS the point, the comment about the employee being full of shit.
Right?
True. She wanted to show her authority. I'm the manager, I will make them leave my sidewalk. 😂
it's sad how immigrants come to this country to be free .... and now wants to infringe on other peoples right to public phoyography
When someone says you are inciting the police you must tell them that if a police officer becomes incited over a person obeying all the laws of the land then the officer is criminal and needs to be removed.
This guy doesn't seem to get that when the government decides to ban guns, it will be his beloved police that bust his door down to take them. Guess he has to learn the hard way.
@@snex000 I'm old. And blessed/cursed? with a very high I.Q. After studying history in minute detail from the beginning of recorded time I have figured out why all civilizations fall. And the reason is that humans of average or lower I.Q. are unable use logic well enough to see what you just wrote. They allow themselves to be enslaved in exchange for "bread & Circuses". They don't know why anyone would ask, "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes"? anymore than a gorilla would think to ask where you were born... In short, I.Q. is about using logic to find and solve problems. If I had an account there, I would instantly close it. We need to start supporting businesses that believe in The Constitution.
She wasn't that bad. Just typically ignorant.
I wouldn't blame the whole company.
Notice that security never came out to talk to her. He knew better.
Perhaps you should give this situation more consideration. The actions of bank staff were obviously motivated toward safety and security of the bank and its customers accounts. Some lawful actions (such as photography) are a prelude to unlawful actions. None of the bank staff were rude or physically confrontational with the auditor. Nothing unreasonable with what they did. The issue I have is when people are rude or confrontational with auditors and call the police who in turn are unprofessional and conduct unlawful actions as a consequence.
@@deksea It had not one damn thing to do with safety or security of the bank or anybody's accounts.
@@deksea She called men with guns to come deal with the photographer. That's absolutely a threat.
@@joeblow2069 you sound pretty sure of that....
I’ve a Bank of America customer for about 12 years now but I’ve been American for over 50 years! Banks are easy to change.
Thank you BOFA for being ignorant on my 1st amendment 👍🏼
I just love love love people who walk right up to a camera and then say "don't take my picture!"
It's interesting that people who disapprove of photography laws assume that photographers are there to entice the public in a negative way.
Why do people default, and ASSume that a person with a camera WANTS to have an interaction with LE?!? These people are so cringe, thank you for exposing them 😬😵💫🤭
Honestly, despite the obvious legality of it, with banks and atms or primary schools, I do rather empathize with some of the customers/bystanders who object to being filmed. Be it either whilst conducting their business or otherwise. After all, it would certainly seem prudent for someone who just withdrew some money or is dropping off kid(s) at school, to take notice of something possibly suspicious (for lack of a better word) being at play.
To be fair, though, that is something which (I would think) would be of concern to them regardless of them seeing someone standing in plain sight with a fancy camera setup. But I digress. Anyway, I can see how they might want to be vigilant. But, what I cannot for the life of me understand is why customers/bystanders who take issue so often tend to make it a point to approach the camera operator just to complain about it lol. I mean, if they do not want to be on camera then how does that not completely defeat the purpose?? I (usually) cannot help but to get a quick chuckle from seeing people do that. Bewildering as it is.
At any rate, the bank managers, as well as the bank employees and security, on the other hand, should damn well know better than to deliberately be wasting taxpayer resources by calling the police on someone who has clearly broken zero laws smh! Unless an actual law has been broken, they are just being petty at that point. Moreover, they are certainly abusing our emergency services. That should really carry a charge of reporting a false emergency with it (or something). Especially whenever they make a habit out of doing it.
@@buddygrimfield7954 I object to being single. That doesn't entitle me anything.
@@fettel1988Ok. But why tell me lol? The whole point of my comment is that it is silly (at best) to call the cops on someone who has not broken any laws.
@@fettel1988 I think that I see why you would say that, after I reread my comment. I was just saying that I can get why some people might be concerned or suspicious, given a certain setting such as a bank or school.
But my underlying point was that is NOT a valid reason to needlessly endanger someone's life by reporting them to emergency services. Thereby abusing 911, and not to mention wasting public resources.
Can we assume cops have guns because they want to shoot someone?
These laws are in place to protect strong people ( courageous people ) from weak people.. simple as that.
My job was to take pictures for locations all over the northeast. I was on major roads, neighborhoods, dirt roads. No one ever questioned me. How do you find these morons?
*What laws? Our RIGHTS? Our rights are not GIVEN. They are delineated as unalienable.*
@@m4rvinmartian
The original purpose of laws was to protect our rights and to legally punish those who violated our rights. And our rights are part of the Constitution of the United States of America, the supreme law of the land, which means our rights are also the supreme law of the land.

Documenting everyday life in America, preserving a moment in time for posterity. Photography and recording in public was performed for many decades back in a free America.👍👍👍
I love watching film on the turn of the century & the 40', 50's Americana. Just a day in the life of times gone by. Cars, fashion, buildings that no longer exist.
I don't know why people stopped doing silent audits they are hilarious.
Love em ❤
Because generally, not necessarily this auditors, most people are in love with their own voice😂😂😂. That is why most people auto incriminate while talking with pigs.
Here in Mississippi, if you don't state clearly that you are invoking your right to remain silent they throw more bogus charges on you.
The bank really should be worried about the ex felon that’s guarding their bank!
I love it when they "get what you're saying" while not getting what you're saying
"It's WEIRD to record people coming out of a Bank",... I think it's weird for a person to dress up in a Dog Suit & drag their ass across the Carpet but hey, it's NOT illegal ;)
Yeah, it's weird until the photographer captures video of a bank robber sprinting out the front door. Then it's critical evidence for court. LOL
You are responsible for your own actions. Auditor does not have responsibility for your own paranoia and actions.
Well said.

Just a suggestion, every time someone says your on private property point your camera down and show everyone that your not. When people say your blocking something spin 180 degree and say blocking who? It'll piss them off to no end.
just a suggestion, pick up a camera and get your own channel so you can put your thoughts into action
@shay stern hostile much? Nothing but luv 4 auditors.
Myka Storm ... Very Nice Suggestion, It Will Also Clear Up Any Liars And There False Police Reports.
If someone was to rob the bank...would you want your security guard inside the bank or outside the building while the place was being robbed??? That's one stupid security guard.
That bank customer showed all the hallmarks of being in, or having had experience in, law enforcement. Pretending to be interested, something your average random person never bothers with since you're only pretending to be interested if there's an under laying ulterior motive. It's a phony way of being personable, to get a suspect to lower their guard. It's a tactic that works best on imbeciles and those who's brain has rotted from years of drug abuse.
Both these categories of people are greatly over represented in the kind of person your average patrolman meets on a regular basis.
I could not agree more and he was interrogating for evidence, auditors need to be more careful about answering question they can and will be used against you, he was looking for an opening to maybe have a reason for the cop to arrest him
That guy was very cordial unlike the bank employee!
And they could have been using this as an opportunity for free publicity. All that they had to do was to be professional and courteous about it. Now a lot of people will probably go somewhere else smh. Go figure.
You offered the public photography info and she refused. Education must not be her strong point.
Plaid Shirt Guy, if you're here -- good job and thank you.
One thing that I like about this guy is that he usually tends to match other people's energy. As opposed to a lot of the 'IN YO FACE HOMEBOY' style of auditing that I see elsewhere.
Still, that may not always be a good thing. Sometimes, assuming that an end to any given stalemate in a situation is even possible, you have to be the first to take a step towards deescalating things. At least in my humble opinion.
But hey, it's his channel. And to be fair, it's certainly easier said than done being the one to tone things down when someone is being insufferable towards you.
Anyway, I must admit that it is rather refreshing to see how the takeaways that people (both in these videos and in the comments as well) have after these encounters are usually fairly positive. Even enlightening, for some. Of course, for others...well, not so much lol.
At any rate, this guy must be doing something right. I am still watching his videos after all lol. Speaking of which...next!
The best part of this audit was that police were not called. Karen called her higher ups first & they educated her before she called 911. This shows auditors are collectively making a difference. Kudos cupcake ... you're doing your part.
Chris, Riverside did a recent audit in Anaheim and the cops never spoke to him.
These audits are making a difference and you are definitely part of that. Thank you.
Funny how these places have their cameras all over us but when a private individual has a camera that's sooooo bad.
Allied is the worst security company that I've ever seen in these videos. Aren't they the ones who shot that innocent guy in San Francisco last year?
Yup, It is almost always an Allied employee behaving badly in these videos. It does not matter where the videos are being done.
Amazing people wanna bank with Boa to begin with
We use to bank at Bank of America, enough said!
It's good that police sometimes tell these callers that photography is legal and that they won't be dispatching a unit, but it'd be nice if they also told them, "And you might want to go tell the photographer that we're not coming, otherwise they might hang around even longer waiting for us to show up."
Police and bootlickers see it as an intent to agitate. Protectors of the first amendment see it as educating. Education not agitation.
Very well said!
Keep educating them.
Another great video! Thank you!
Our laws in the UK allow the general public to film in public but if an employee of an organisation films us, they must inform us that they have captured our data and how we can retrieve it or ask for it to be deleted. We’re doubly protected.
But here in in the USA, we have the constitution, and the UK LEO's are enforcing HATE SPEECH laws that would be unconstitutional here in the USA, accordingly by some of the RUclips videos.
Something you might tell a person as they approach you and tell you they are uncomfortable with you videoing. Do you you realize the bank is videoing you right now and every step you've taken here?
Wouldn't that be they are uncomfortable not you are uncomfortable?
@@patriciamcaulay5176
Thanks for pointing that out I’ll make the the correction.
Hooray! The cops did not respond to the scared feelings woman.
Mr plaid shirt, everyone has the right to create their own privacy
If your curtains are open there is no privacy in your home.
That’s right. When I don’t want people to see in I close my curtains.
Another fab video 💯✊🏾🇬🇧
The opinions and narratives spun from curiosity astounds me. Agitate, provoc, harrass, stock, etc. Grasping at straws when they dont get the answer they want.
I absolutely hate it when people call auditing "baiting" (or infer it). It's not baiting, it's chumming! When you want to catch the sharks, you chum the waters. Period. That's how you catch them. Auditors aren't baiting a hook, they're simply engaging in LEGAL activity and letting the sharks show themselves. Shark, tyrant cop ... same thing!
You always tell them to "learn the law"....but they don't want to do THAT.... It would poke holes in their "you can't do this" narrative that they hold so dearly.
I think you just cracked what going on in their minds.
Just seen this video and subscribed, I'm impressed how cool, calm, cordial and knowledgeable you are when explaining and exercising yours and our rights, well done 👍👍👍
I was thinking that after a year watching you people would realise that public photography was legal..how wrong i am..🇺🇸🏴❤
If you watch several auditor channels for a while you would see that they are making progress. Cops and people in the street are more aware. But still some places are still unaware.
@@jjryan1352 ty..🏴🇺🇸✌
If I don't feel safe, I sure as hell don't walk up on the person who's making me feel unsafe. Let alone within 2 feet or less of them
If that was me I would start doing all kinds of crazy shit in front of your camera like cartwheels, handstands,Mc Hammer dance moves, breakdancing ,I'll even start singing "I'm too sexy" by right said Fred 😂
It's always amusing when the police show up and tell the photographer standing on the sidewalk "they don't want you here."
Well, I don't want them here either. I guess they'll have to relocate to a different building down the street.
Ahhh but we were here first 😂
It brings joy to me when Karen’s don’t get what they want
FLAWLESS VICTORY....Happy Monday all!
By "Red Plaid Shirt" guy's logic, the pharmacy is "enticing" him to buy tampons because they put them on display.
I'm seeing more and more audits where the cops don't even show up. This is a good thing.
Sad wonder if the bank manager realizes she is SHAPED like a BELL , with that red blazer
It's all in the eye of the beholder. The perception of the gentleman in the plaid shirt was, you do this to antagonize the police 🤯 and that is probably what he has been told and that is what he will believe 😮 Keep up the good work and be careful out there.
I love how you have your boundaries Chriss and reroute the quest back at them or just ignore. You've respectable gotten wiser /better each vid proud a ya kid 😊
She wanted to be filmed.
The man in the plaid shirt was taken back by your knowledge and professionalism. Great Job. F.A.R. SUPPORTED.
The representative sounded so foolish saying you can't record the Bank of America (or "private people"). She is surely an educated woman, so she should know better. [Your zoom lens does wonders!]
Once again, brilliant audit. Thank you
That is a woman who is accustomed to being obeyed and unfamiliar with being refused. It's good for her to learn that her orders don't have force outside of the employees she is employed to manage.
"Oh no, please don't call the police"..... LOL
Walks directly up to camera “Can I help you.” “No.” “I DON’T WANNA BE FILMED! STOP FILMING MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!” haha never gets old.
It's good to see cops are educating Karen's and Darin's on the phone these days.
Silly folks. Always trying to make you stop by jumping in front of you. Good job.
Always fun to watch people realize when and where their supposed authority ends.
Did that woman in the red jacket have a bank money pouch in her hand the second time she came out?
A real genius. Maybe she was trying to bait you.
I reviewed that portion again myself, it DOES look like a bank deposit bag. Why DID you record her, carrying out a bank bag ? Did you incite her to carry out that bank bag ? Good thing security was around and awake.
A picnic table and case of cold beer would be a help. Hurry, I'm thirsty. 5:04 Some are going INTO the bank.
I always smile at the little chuckle... "giving me a cam back - he he" :)
She is on the edge of tears. She doesn't know how to handle the problem.
I LOVE when you do banks. Given how often banks treat black people like criminals for simply and LEGALLY banking, it does my heart good to see their feathers get ruffled by other people doing what they are LEGALLY allowed to do. And then learning the lesson.
Even if "plaid shirt" was correct that some auditors record strictly to get a response from LE, so what? One of the challenges to police is to respond CORRECTLY and legally. Recording to get a response is a valid reason.
I really hate how Americans don’t know the constitution but I do love how much the immigrants understand the Constitution
Thank you ❤
If someone asks if you are taping them just say no. You aren’t “taping” anything so you would be telling the absolute truth. Let them deal with their own insecurities and ignorance.
How does exercising a constitutional right inciting police. Seem to me only a traitor to this country would be triggered by an activity that they swore to uphold and defend. Looks more like the photographers activity is actually exposing treason.
If ignorance is bliss, there are a LOT of blissful people out there. Quite a few of them willfully blissful.
“Weird” is a subjective feeling. Some people think keeping your money in a bank is weird. Others think having strangers walk up to you uninvited while you’re on a public sidewalk demanding answers and information is weird. That’s why we have laws in America - so our legal system isn’t arbitrary and subjective…..or at least not more arbitrary and subjective than it already unfortunately is.
Wow, is she the branch manager at that location ?
Could you imagine dealing with her for your banking needs ?
Man. you DID IT. You hit my OMG button. You said "The ATM machine". It is not an Automatic Teller Machine Machine!.
"Would you like some information on the law" ...no I will just call the police 🤦
that manager was so funny, she had that look on her face that basically said she was never told no by her parents
Plaid guy was pretty cool about all of it. He chatted you up and probably learned something today. Isnt that what its all about? Good job!
Everybody wants to be a sidewalk dictator.
"tell me or I'm calling the police"
After telling her.
"I'm calling the police"
😂😂😂
I will never understand the people not wanting to be recorded So they walk up to the camera to get a close-up.
I love the cambacks....
Like they would know what to do with it😂😂
She's right, she's a private person. However, she is in public and other private persons may photograph her, ask her a question, or preach her a sermon. She is free to listen, ask a question, or walk away.
I can never understand why people who claim to not want to get recorded the most, always make sure to be front and center of the camera shot! I wonder if they want to be recorded or if they feel that they can control people with their suggestions, that turn into threats.
When my friend first showed me a videos I thought you were trolling but now I'm like five videos in and I'm realizing you weren't trolling You're helping people which is great
Wide load wanted a confrontation since she came out a second time... ultimately she was unable to get past the I'm in public but don't take me picture because I am a private citizen phase.
IMO, you handled those situations quite well. I sure could tell you were getting on that 'hefty' girl's nerves a bit. You can film all you like on public property and there isn't a damn thing anyone can do about it, except to get themselves involved in your personal business. Well done!

If you had NBC on your jacket people would run to you to be on camera
👍Something I've suggested elsewhere is a jacket with something appropriate like "50 Action News" so when they ask for your press credentials you can point and say "right here" like they do when you ask their name.
Dude, you're in video production right now - but you came and started the conversation and now play along too - and your laugh shows that you're not uncomfortable - next movie star "Production Title Rights and Laws in the USA" an educational film for adults and young people
It's very amazing to me that somebody that comes from another country over to this country with all the freedom that we have and doesn't understand what the rights are because I know that the first 10 amendments are on the citizenship test

Some people does not learn walking up to a camera insisting not to be filmed doesn't work! She was educated!
I love when they say you are trying to incite the police. When you are not the one calling them.
@Prophetseven728 ignorance and stubbornness are the worst 2 human traits. Ignorance CAN be cured (overcome) by EDUCATION, if one is not stubborn. Stupidity goes clean to the bone. Critical thinking skills are not taught. I would hope that person would EVENTUALLY, realize that the police couldn't be antagonized by the auditor, if the auditor never called to engaged them to begin with.
