- First of all I want to say Happy 420 the those who celebrated... This is part 1 of a 2 part upload. Part 2 will be uploaded on 4/22/23.
This audit takes place outside this cannabis dispensary. Shortly after beginning my recording, a woman in a Tesla was driving by & stopped in the middle of the street to start questioning me , assuming that I was specifically recording her. We had a short exchange of words, I informed her if she doesn't want to be on camera in public, she might want to stay home. A short time later the same Tesla returned going the opposite direction after picking up her companion who was now behind the wheel. I had another exchange of words, this time with her companion , they eventually drove away. A short time later Se3curity came out to ask if everything was okay, along with a dark hair "Karen" who was uninformed about public photography. when I attempted to give her the paper I carry with me highlighting some talking points about the law, she asked if I was a man. I returned the favor & asked is she was a man. She seemed to take offense saying she was clearly not a man, I then replied that I couldn't tell due to not knowing what's in her pants 😂

The funniest part is she didn't even realize she just went out of her way to *GIVE* "Implicit Consent" to be recorded, against her own stated wishes!! ROFLMAO! I mean come on people, how hard is it to NOT step in front of a camera, deliberately & purposefully, if you don't wanna be recorded?!?!

It’s endlessly amazing to me how throughout the average person’s life they are caught on literally thousands of cameras, but let ONE of those cameras have a visible human being behind it and it becomes “illegal”, an “invasion of privacy”, “my rights are violated”, etc. Human stupidity is limitless.

HAHA, she was so obviously UNtrustworthy. Finally, it was odd how oblivious the dispensary employee seemed to be about 420. [You had a rapt audience of four giving you a standing ovation at 9:16!]

That's so awesome the owner watches your channel. I often wonder why a business would not want the free press. It just let's everyone watching know how the employees act.If they acted like your employees I'm sure people would want to come in to your shop instead of someone else's.

I have a friend who’s worked for the post office for years and I figured she knew what I was talking about when I brought it up. She didn’t and I think she still doesn’t believe me.

I am a photographer and I do a lot of public work / street photography. I carry the law with me too, the problem is people want to think they’re right, so badly, they refuse to believe it’s real laws your handing them.
there is shame a ton of shame for not knowing common rights we have, no excuse to be ignorant of the world you live in.
Dispensaries usually have 10 times more employees than customers.
That’s not really true, especially on a day like 4/20. Where about 10 employees were staffed and saw almost 1,000 customers. Fortunately my budtenders amazing and made the day go flawlessly.

I once said something similar to an individual outside a church concerned about his kids being seen on my camera in public. You can put a paper bag over their heads to creat privacy or tell them to not look in my direction ( turn the other way)

Her last resort was to try to get a reaction by asking you about your preferred gender. If she had been a subscriber she would know that not much outside of physical contact gets you riled up. Your patience is above all.
Gender has never mattered to me. Regardless of how you identify, I feel that what matters most is how you conduct yourself. There are bad examples that so often get publicized and the majority of folks start seeing those as the norm. And they begin to expect that out of every transgender.

Yeah and Tesla is in VERY hot water because of it, due to abuse at the company from employees AND management because those cars caught *actually* private areas and people engaged in various states of attire as well as compromising acts, and those images and videos from inside people's homes/garages were then passed around to everyone in the company as memes and stuff. HUGE lawsuit and stuff happening right now. I think Ars Technica and Wired and other places have the story.

Why do people who don't want to be in videos, walk face first into some recorders but not other ones? That seems very stupid and impractical since cameras are everywhere. They should be ashamed for not knowing the Constitutional Rights of citizens that makes America great and free.
