"Are You Taping Me? You're Recording?"

- This audit takes place in from of multiple locations as I was strolling down the sidewalk with my cameras. The first location was a jewelry store that was just opening for the day . The security guard seemed knowledgeable of my photography rights, however the merchant was a bit more cautious as he was concerned I might be casing the property as he mentioned there had been a smash & grab that took place in the past. I then moved further down the street & came upon a Chase bank & eventually a Bank of America . @ public safety security guards who were on bike patrol made contact with me outside the Chase bank soon after an employee came outside asking why I was recording the bank. One of the public safety guards went inside & what appeared to be him explaining to the bank employees that I was within my rights to record. While I was documenting a little later on outside the B of A , I didn't have any contact from anyone at this location , however police were dispatched on scene making an appearance to see if I was okay.

I would absolutely refuse to be shouted at by the Chase Bank across the street. Good to see you being assertive with the bank security.
They do nothing for the thieves stealing and ransacking shops, but a camera on a bank they come flying out.
It's nice to finally see an interaction the way it's supposed to go with police. They didn't ask for ID, they did not hassle the person. Great job on both ends.
I watch a ton of these audit videos and imo I think she doesn't get that as much as others is because she doesn't berate the cops. A lot of the forced id bs from cops is purely driven by ego and revenge.
She’s/ you are one of the best auditors out there! Not abusive or abrasive! Polite but standing up for yourself and the Constitution! I love your work! ❤
The jewelry store's security guard's morning prayer is: Dear God, please don't let there be any foot pursuits today....Amen!
😂😂😂
"....please let me become an actual cop, so i can just shoot people.... running is just too much."
god wont be helping with any situation so that'd be a silly thing to do.
@@Christopher-dd1ph your entitled to your own opinion!
🤣
You must be one of the biggest criminals on the west coast.
"Casing" 2 banks and a jewelry store in one 15 minute video!
Love what you do.
As if a would be thief would case that joint so brazenly like that. What a noob.
@@jamesfrench7299 Yep.
Ask them if they fuss about you taking video, how many of the thieves have robbed after standing outside with a video camera? Just good to know? Lol
@@gracieg7601 Yep..
Google Earth is a diabolical accomplice 😅
Regarding those who called the police, I can imagine the look on their faces after the police arrive and then instantly leave without doing anything.
They tried and tried but they couldn't fk with you today!!
Very good upload today, thank you.
I like your precision..... strong and precise answers .. not overly loud or disrepectful ...... just to the point .........
Hahaha a smash and grab doesn’t require a recording in advance. That’s not logical. 👍💕
Yuk, Broccoli 🤮 LoL, jkjkjk 🤣
@@larrypaculdar3255 not everyone likes broccoli lol 😆
@@Eatyourbroccoli1312 🤣
No kidding, thieves are not that picky anyways. If they are planning a smash and grab, they will be happy with all the jewelry they get.
That's the first time a bank representative came out to ask if I had a question....Usually, one has to go into the bank and scout them out and bust their chops .!
At the jewelry store. We can take pictures of you but you cannot take pictures. Of us in From a public place..😅😂😅😂
When I was a young woman I worked in a jewelry store. If people window shopped a sales person would go out and ask them if they wanted to come in and look closer? Lol it worked to make a sale then it was good. Lol
"Do I look good?" Yes, you look amazing 🤩
Why the hell do they put the jewelry in the window if they don’t want people looking at it?
Who the hell cases a jewelry store by standing in front with a big camera for 15 mins?
You could EASILY buy covert camera equipment.
Both of those police officers were butthurt that they couldn’t do anything.😂
I'd like to see you remind the officers to signal when entering the lane of traffic and to get those seatbelts fastened. Hold them accountable for that stuff.. PLEASE.
uh you missed the No Seatbelt part. js
If I'm gonna smash and grab - I'm not going to take a picture of it first. Who does that? No one. Ever.
Always nice to have the cops stopping to tell you that you look good! Kinda dangerous tho... too much looking good in one spot can cause a traffic distraction!
That'd explain all the fender benders I came across today!
As the police leave committing 2 ticket-able traffic violations. No seats beats and failure to use turn signal when merging into lane. And the blue line thugs still don’t get why the majority of public hate them and disrespect them.
Looked like a beautiful day outside great job great video missed your audit partner you 2 make a fantastic team
Thanks. She joins me once in a while 😀👍📷📱🇺🇸
Never fails to amuse me how entitled people are! They honestly think that they have a right to demand answers from a citizen walking down the sidewalk. You are very cordial, I couldn’t be that cordial. Another thing that irritates me is the directives, even security tried to impose his will on you. I would be like, “ Don’t tell me nothing as you no authority as far as I’m concerned, so shut the hell up! “
Why would a thief be recording overtly in clear daylight? A thief would not bring attention to themselves as to have the police come wtf?
Smash and grab? Who records first?
The biggest security risk to a store like that are the employees themselves. They know what is valuable and where it is. They know the hours and they know where the weaknesses in security might be.
Yes , employees steal more then anyone ! Pick them wisely.
The red car was a Prowler. Sick find.
Awesome
Another brilliant woman!!!
Learning is a good thing .
Give respect where it’s deserved. The security guard did a great job.
No fuss. No drama. Just protecting our rights in a simple but most effective manner. Bravo! Keep up the good work.
Oh, there was quite a bit of fuss in today's video. Seemed like someone pizzed in 1A Rights Cheerios earlier in the day. No reason to be rude and snotty to people who are not being rude or snotty to you. Give what you get.
" I am good, are you good? Everyone's Good." Hahahahahahahaha 😂!!!
I'm good.
Hi, I’m a new sub. Wanna say your videos are entertaining and keep practicing your right to record in public. Keep up the good work.
If the jewelry store owner had a brain instead of a turnip he would put hurricane window glass in his windows instead of crap glass. But that would solve his smash & grab problem for a couple hundred dollars. 🤪
Stores that present a high value target should armor themselves to protect against loss. But, it is their store and they can run it as they see fit.
@@engineeringoyster6243 yes? Where did I state otherwise? Explain. Were you trying to convince someone else of something?
As usual, very well done.
Good morning waking to more 🔥 content
Jewelry store owners who find themselves fretting about "smash and grab" crimes should either brick up their windows OR accept the fact that the possibility of robbery comes with showcasing luxury goods to passersby on the street. Anyway, that's why he has insurance. Though the police were probably summoned by a bank employee, they could also have showed up at the request of a "See Something, Say Something" pedestrian.
So you think it's OK to be robbed if you've got insurance. It's just as well that not everybody thinks like you. If you had been robbed you wouldn't make such thoughtless statements.
Well if your scared you’ll get robbed why put anything out for anyone to view? I know people are afraid but if you are one who lives in fear stay inside and close your windows.
@@gracieg7601 You're assuming that the person working is the owner. I think you'll find that the shop staff are employed so if you want to eat, you work.....think about it, nothing is as straightforward as you may believe.
I'm waiting to see this jewelry store put a sign in the window saying Do Not Record This Display...lol,
"Do NOT even look at our goods ----- come in and describe your requirements, and we'll do our best to match it". 😏
How do the banks customers go in the bank when they have a no trespassing sign on their door??
Kudos to this guard
That car is a Prowler made by Plymouth
Yup. Not exotic at all 😂
Last sold new in 2002
Yes, I have a question for JPMORGAN chase bank. Why did you steal $20 dollars from me every time I transferred money from my bank in Canada to my bank in the United States? God damn highwaymen, robbing the stage coach.
Have you ever considered bringing a roll of tape, for those who ask if you are taping?
Maybe offer them some masking tape if the have privacy concerns ...
Nobody does this better than you! Thanks!
In what way are the cops ensuring that the photographer is “good?”
I wonder what the legal meaning of good is in this context.
Love this one ! Great job !
Thanks LANewsConnection 😀👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
Hope to collaborate with you soon
Its the clear see through glass again
Did they get upset when google street camera was around?
It is good to be Cool :) Always learn something new, didnt know Robbers came filming stores previously. Ah he was very cool. I M GOOD TOO ! (for now, but the bad is creeping...)
These ppl have this crazy idea that they can "help' someone way outside the bank,duh... they have an office inside for that!
7:00 question is how much longer are you going to be open with all the other banks failing 🤔🤔🤠
CSI patrol services gets an big F for not educating their employees in proper people's skills and constitutional rights....shame on them... And shame on the jewelry store employee for being so narrow minded....
👍👍Good vid. You seem to be making more vids than before....great. Enjoy watching them.
It's been tricky lately with the wet weather recently. I'll take what I can get 😁
Thanks for tuning in 😀👍❤📷📱🇺🇸
Good to see that LEO responded properly. Another great audit FAR!
Properly is not talking to him at all
nah they didn't respond properly. they shouldn't have even made contact. recording in public is like drinking a bottle of water in public, completely legal and therefore zero reason to make contact.
Ask them how many people have smashed and grabbed after they’ve taken pics of their windows?
On second thought, y’all are totally correct. No response should have been their response. I guess I’m just glad they didn’t do something really stupid.
THAT WAS A GOOD SECURITY GUARD AT THE JEWELRY STORE
I have to ask... Are you good? No head aches, ear aches, ingrown toe nails, your well, ok, good 👍.
Cops: We came to see if you're good.
You should have told them that you were craving a shrimp cocktail appetizer followed by lobster and steak with a bake potato and a salad, a glass of wine.
I know I would be really good after having that. 😊😊
I enjoy your audits ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They did fine but they didn't pull off the nonchalant public contact without making it at least odd 😅 As if cops just drive around making sure people are good when most would just like their missing bikes and cars found.
That car is a Prowler. They were popular when they came out in the late 90s and early 2000s. They started out as a Plymouth product, then, changed to Chrysler. (Same company).
Whoops, just saw someone else answered almost identically. Great minds...
Oooh, Security Ninjas.
It's time we start questioning the Police dispatch on their training and how they handle the calls they get and have them educate citizens on civil rights.
When I hear that music in the beginning, I think of Greg Brady on a game show from the 70's.
4:23 The store is casing you.
The absolute first thing involving security needs to be abso'ute training on people in public. Don't even think of engaging. If you want to talk to someone in public it shouldn't be a demand or request attached with contact.
F.A.R. SUPPORTED
That's the first time I've ever seen a bank with a "No Trespassing" sign. Pretty strange
The bank the biggest robbers in the country worried that they might get robbed the irony of it all
I know several business owners including my son who took their accounts elsewhere for that reason. They have fees for things you would never think was being charged to your account. Big time thieves
It appears that people are learning.
*some people. in actuality a VERY SMALL amount of people. still good to see tho!!!
instead of yelling from a distance, it is more healthy for that woman to walk a few metres to the cammer and then ask her question...
This was a nice one. Kudos for sure.

What a stupid way for those cops to confront the situation
Here again, for the 987th time, the cops go to the people who did NOT call them.
Police never can state a legal reason for contact
Security gaurds are a JOKE
Your spelling of " GUARD" is a joke 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good Audits. A.A.A.
Yo!!! Belmont Shore. My old "hood." 😂 Many good places to grab a beer there, hope you enjoyed.
Great video!!
that was GOOD
That car is a 95 retro Plymouth prowler to all of you young folks.
Good video as usual 😊
Blue shirt security guard has to get worked up and then comforted by his buddy.
This is a good one, thank you very much First Amendment Rights
The officer that was backed up by a man, the one who wears fingernail polish and is using hydrogen peroxide on their head would not know what to do if a fight broke out. There might be a finger nail broken. Another quota hire. If the finger nail polish wearers claim they can do the same job as the men, why don’t they have whole units of just quota hires. After all, they can do everything that a man can do, not????
I wanna start doing this as well
I just wish we could see you once in awhile! 😊
We are just checking to see if you are good.....YES-----I AM ----ARE YOU GOOD .!
That's right, strip that tyranny away 😅
Chase is soooo stupid. They called the police on a black Wall Street Journal journalist a few months ago and it caused a huge mess when the stupid Phoenix cop arrested/detained the guy. A police sgt contacted the journalist and told him the cop did nothing wrong and the case was closed. When the recording made by another citizen hit the news, the police changed their tune and stated the case was never closed. They refused to address why a sgt would have claimed the case was closed. the crooks got caught thinking they could just dismiss the journalist, but the WSJ got involved and Chase and the Phoenix PD ended up with egg on their faces!
"READ IT" 😂
With what? My knees and an archeologist tool kit?
You remind me of slo county observer❤❤❤ your intro music is great for 80s kids
👍✌️❤️
Can you imagine the hanky panky in that cop car, on the clock?
That was clock you meant?
I wonder if the Smash-N-Grabbers openly recorded first? I'm most surprised the cops got the Bad Guys. I'm in PDX area where businesses are closing because of the robberies and inability to get insured/high insurance deductibles. It's literally like the movie Identity Theif you've got to deliver the Bad Guy to the police and even then there isn't enough DA's so they can't be prosecuted.
It is never explained why a person looking at the jewelry with a camera is more likely to "smash and grab" than a person just walking by and looking with their eyes. And they seem totally oblivious to what an insult it is to assume that a person with a camera is automatically considered to be "up to no good"....
Profiling the person with a camera
I can't stand the directives. Enough already.
The male cop was about to get nasty and his partner stepped in twice to de-esculate. So dont tell me these cops dont know their bad guys on the force. Watch again closely you will see him about to say something smart or lose his temper and she stepped in immediately to stop it.
Why did she step in should be asked .Was it to protect the auditor from the cop or to save the cop from getting in to trouble? Was it blue line bozo protection?
I'd guess to save the cop from getting in trouble for sure
Glad someone knew the law. From the Supreme Court no less.
