I'm really sorry that happened. Not everything is exact in cooking or baking so don't feel discouraged. I still have mishaps in the kitchen all the time. It's just food right? The important thing is, baking/cooking is something you love, just keep trying.
425° F. I made a mistake in the video font and couldn’t correct it. You could bake for 10 minutes at 425° then turn down to 375° the rest of baking time for best results. I hope that helps. Thanks for your comment & support of the channel.

What size baking pan did you use in the video?
I used a 6"x6" baking dish. The bottom of the dish measured a bit smaller at 5"x5."
I only have active dry yeast can I use that in place of instant and add 1 egg?
Hi Kent. Sure, but you'll have to wait a bit longer for the dough to rise, if you don't mind doing that. If you use an egg just use a bit less liquid.
