For those of you who can't just watch and use common sense, here is what the ingredients are and the directions. This is a fantastic video. The ingredients are correct except for the cinnamon sugar combo which is one cup sugar to 2 tsp cinnamon. Dough Ingredients 2.5 teaspoons (8 g) dry yeast. 70 grams of sugar. 250 ml warm milk Combine milk, yeast and sugar. Mix and leave for 5-10 minutes Add 1 teaspoon of salt. 80g melted butter. 2 eggs. Combine yeast mixture with eggs and melted butter Sift 525 g flour through a sieve. Mix well. Gradually add flour to the wet mixture. Knead the dough in a bowl. It is very important to add flour gradually while constantly stirring the dough. Dust the table well with flour. Knead the dough on the table. The dough should be smooth and very soft. Make it into a ball. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil. Cover the dough ball and let it rise in a warm place for 60 minutes. For the cinnamon sugar, Mix 1 cup cane sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix well. Use rolling pin on floured surface. The dough should be rolled to (50/30 cm) 12 by 20 inches. Brush the dough with 60 g soft butter. Sprinkle the dough evenly with cinnamon sugar. Roll it up. Pinch together seam. Cut the dough roll into 15-16 pieces. Discard ends. Place the buns cut side up on a greased baking sheet. Cover with cling film and set in a warm place for at least 40 minutes to 2 hours. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Icing Mix 140 g cream cheese. Add 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Gradually add a few tablespoons of milk. Mix well with a mixer. While our rolls are hot, cover them with the icing.
Googled - Dry yeast comes in two forms: active and instant. "Active" describes any dry yeast that needs to be activated prior to use, while "instant dry yeast" describes any dry yeast that's ready for use the instant you open the package. Did you use active or instant?
@@katherinecrisostomo4388 I copied what the video said and from her description. It won't make a difference which you use.. I tend to use "active" more often because I don't always have the yeast packages on hand. It is easy to activate the yeast in the container and never fails as long as it hasn't expired. The containers last me for a few years because I tend to bake from sour dough starter more than from store-bought yeast.

@@ОльгаИванова-ф5ь использовала обычный сахар. Брала 3 ст ложки+ 1 ст ложку корицы без горки. Пекла дважды по этому рецепту. Первая партия мне показалась недостаточно коричная, вкуса не хватило. И я добавила больше. Если смесь закончится можно ещё сделать. На булочках не отразилось. Они все равно получились пышные и нежные. П. С. Во второй раз к корице добавила ещё 100 грамм изюма
These are delicious. A little tip - mix the cinnamon sugar with the butter and then spread over the dough. It will be easier to roll and will give you clearer swirls.
I tried the recipe and its just AMAZING!! Only one think is that is more then 1tbsp of sugar what is showing on video, its at lest 3-4 spoons because otherwise its not enough for the dough. Anyway again I will say the taste on the end its AMAZING! Thanks for sharing it with us :)) looking forward to try more of your recipes!

Best cinnamon rolls ever!!! ❤ I made these and it's soft, light and fluffy. I let dough rest for 1hour and after it's rolled, cut and placed in pan I allow the buns to rest covered for another 2hrs. This makes it super light and fluffy. Bake and I then glaze it with cream cheese frosting

I used 4.5 cups of flour. It was perfect. Since I made it in a glass baking dish, it took 35 minutes to cook. Your recipe is perfect. Definitely try it. It's delicious 😍
Just for clarification, at 3:16 you state a tablespoon of cane sugar, but you pour a glass full into the bowl. Is that supposed to be a cup? because a tablespoon seems very little. Thank you.
Hi Thomas. You have a very valid point. There is no way there could only be one tablespoon of sugar. It probably is a cup. Because.most of the comments were done in another language I think English is not their first language. When you put the cinnamon-sugar on the dough you need much more than a tablespoon.

@@eslien1 I added more to be honest , I love sweet , I added about 2 or 2and a half spoons , when I put the cinnamon and brown sugar on it I add a lot of sugar so it kinda caramels with the cinnamon and butter , if you want my tip when it’s ready and not so warm put sugar syrup on top … it’s just so good!

The cinnamon sugar part of the recipe is wrong. There is no way 1 T of sugar + 2 t of cinnamon is going to cover the entire rolled out piece of dough. You can see this is true when the video shows a BOWLFUL of cinnamon sugar being applied to the dough. The customary ratio of sugar to cinnamon is 4:1. So go ahead and mix 1 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of cinnamon and you should have more than enough to cover the dough. You can mix a larger quantity of cinnamon sugar and keep it in a tightly closed jar for months. The rest of the recipe is spot on.

Hi. I have to say, if we baked like you all the time, I would be 300 kilos. Thanks for sharing your recipes and making it look so easy. My mom used to make pecan rolls that were a lot like these Cinnamon rolls but she put butter maple syrup & pecans in the pan & set the rolls on top & bake. Turn upside down after cooling a bit & wala. The best rolls ever. Thanks again

@@adminteam9375 your viewers are working with Fahrenheit, not Celsius. So your 180 C would be 350 F, and I agree with the comments that 2 TBl Spoons of sugar is not enough for the filling!
I wish Germany had regular brown sugar instead of the Rohzucker. Brown sugar is finer, softer, and has a very different, lovely taste. You can make your own by mixing molasses with white sugar, but the smell is a bit stronger from the store-bought version. Also, it's not necessary to sift the flour. It takes up too much time as well. Your cinnamon rolls will still come out perfectly fluffy and soft without sifting. Lastly, use unflavored dental floss to neatly cut the rolls. With a knife, you squish down the rolls a bit. Either way, they'll still taste yummy! Thanks for your video.

I dont like the fact that you used your bare hands to spread the butter and cinamon over the dough you could have used a spatula thats what I use Ive been baking these for years never needed to use bare hands not a good look!

Подскажите на этапе сахара с корицей, вы использовали тростниковый? И сколько добавляли? В рецепте столовая ложка, в видео целый стакан

The cinnamon sugar part of the recipe is wrong. There is no way 1 T of sugar + 2 t of cinnamon is going to cover the entire rolled out piece of dough. You can see this is true when the video shows a BOWLFUL of cinnamon sugar being applied to the dough. The customary ratio of sugar to cinnamon is 4:1. So go ahead and mix 1 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of cinnamon and you should have more than enough to cover the dough. You can mix a larger quantity of cinnamon sugar and keep it in a tightly closed jar for months. The rest of the recipe is spot on.
yeah i noticed that also, maybe the sugar is 1cup and cinnamon is 1/4 cup

Hi. I have to say, if we baked like you all the time, I would be 300 kilos. Thanks for sharing your recipes and making it look so easy. My mom used to make pecan rolls that were a lot like these Cinnamon rolls but she put butter maple syrup & pecans in the pan & set the rolls on top & bake. Turn upside down after cooling a bit & wala. The best rolls ever.

Was the temp correct? 180degrees? Isn't that really low, should it have been around 350 or so?

@@adminteam9375 your viewers are working with Fahrenheit, not Celsius. So your 180 C would be 350 F, and I agree with the comments that 2 TBl Spoons of sugar is not enough for the filling!

I wish Germany had regular brown sugar instead of the Rohzucker. Brown sugar is finer, softer, and has a very different, lovely taste. You can make your own by mixing molasses with white sugar, but the smell is a bit stronger from the store-bought version. Also, it's not necessary to sift the flour. It takes up too much time as well. Your cinnamon rolls will still come out perfectly fluffy and soft without sifting. Lastly, use unflavored dental floss to neatly cut the rolls. With a knife, you squish down the rolls a bit. Either way, they'll still taste yummy! Thanks for your video.

I dont like the fact that you used your bare hands to spread the butter and cinamon over the dough you could have used a spatula thats what I use Ive been baking these for years never needed to use bare hands not a good look!
