These look delicious and I will try the recipe with a few slight changes. First, I would combine the cinnamon and sugar together before spreading it on the dough. It's easier, and you get more even coverage. Second, I would add some brown sugar, too, and reduce the white sugar. Lastly, I would add a little bit of vanilla to the frosting. Thanks.
