Thank you Maris! I discovered your channel recently, when I was looking for hands free options due to arthritis pain in my wrists and elbows. I'm a true fan and look forward to practicing with you more often!
I've had a nasty bout of sciatica for a month, and got nothing but a lame photo of three stretches to do from my GP, which didn't help. I've been doing two of your hip stretch workouts and pretty much done away with the pain. You're the best.
Yoga for Hips and Hamstrings! This is a great practice to stretch the hamstrings, hip flexors and outer hips. Let me know what you think here in the comments section. Thanks everyone! :)
Loved this one, Maris! Yesterday's workout was intense on the legs and hips, so these stretches felt wonderful 😃. I especially liked the cues you gave for the small movements of the tailbone, which were indeed small, but increased the intensity of the stretch amazingly. Thank you so much, I enjoyed this very much, and I feel nice and relaxed, and my hips and legs feel great 😍
Hi Maris, the 20 to 30-minute videos have been great! They have been very effective and efficient to get the body going in the morning and to relax in the evening. Perfect for busy parents! Again, thank you for sharing your time, talent and expertise with this community. Namaste. :-)
I love the short videos. It’s great to do a longer practice but sometimes life gets in the way, so these shorter videos mean I can still get my daily practice in. This was lovely and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I think it was highly beneficial to me because I do a lot of running - I’ll come back to this one again.
Maris thank you for these videos They’re the perfect length to keep me on track on busy days. They’re also useful for fine tuning elements of my longer vinyasa practice with you!
+catherine quinn Fantastic! I plan to keep posting videos with different lengths so people can practice no matter how much time they have. :) Thanks for your feedback!
I love your yoga videos! I've been following for about a month now. So easy to follow without even looking most of the time. You explain everything so clearly it's like you are reading my mind. I like the shorter videos because they are easier to fit into my busy day. Do you have a short core yoga practices? I am recovering from a back injury and want to gently build up my core strength.
That was amazing for me!! I have Scoliosis ( 9 degree curve) and had a broken pelvis 3 years ago in a car accident. Yoga is helping me so much. Thankyou xx
Hi. I love your videos and they have really helped me. I have had tendinitis in my ankles. I was wondering if you had any videos that focus on stretching the feet. Thank you for your dedication.
Hi there. Thanks for practicing with me. So far, I don't think I have a video that focuses solely on the feet. However, this class has a few minutes of foot massage during the cool down part - ruclips.net/video/PgDlp3GYwOk/видео.html - we also work on the feet a lot in this one (heel lifts).
Thanks so much for this video! I'm trying to improve my yoga (not much experience), but I have a frustrating lack of flexibility!! (Too many years of lack of exercise - trying now to improve myself and catch up in my forties.) Can you do a video routine to address flexibility generally of the legs - forward folding over the legs and splits (not sure of the yoga pose names). Even though I try to keep my spine straight when I do these moves, it always tends to curl because of my lack of flexibility. Would like a routine to improve upon this that I can make a daily routine to increase flexibility. Thanks for your work!!
El M you're welcome! Thanks for posting your comment. This is a good video to work on flexibility of the lower body. Whenever we fold forward, we stretch and lengthen the back body (hamstrings, low back, etc.). If your spine curls or rounds when folding forward, keep the knees bent and that will help you keep your spine long. Don't worry, I'll keep posting videos to address general flexibility and also specific parts of the body. Keep on practicing :)
I do like the shorter videos, which allow you to do a shorter flow and concentrate on specific parts of the body. Thanks
This is my go to video for lower back pain. It works every time. Thank you Maris ❤️
Really great stretch after your ab flow! Thank you!!
Always love a good post Vinyasa flow stretch sequence 🤗

Use this 20-minute yoga video when you want a more mellow practice or as a post-workout stretch routine for the lower body. :)
Enjoyed the practice 💯💞

Short videos are perfect for when I am tired. If you don't already have one for the shoulders, that would great!
You're one of my fave guides on here! Love the calm energy, clear instruction and effective flows 💚🙏🏾💚
