    Ok, that was pretty much PERFECT for MY body. Yoga is a very personal experience because we all feel pain and sensation in different parts of our body. For me, this video was absolutely perfect. 47 year old man in a small rural California town, doing yoga on an old indoor racquetball court. Thanks so much for this video. I am saving it to a playlist and will use it multiple times a week. 🧘🏻‍♂️🙏🏼❤️

    I love up to 30 minute yoga practice as I combine my practice with qigong. I also like to target specific body areas with yin and bolster.
    Keep up the therapy it’s a wonderful resource and so crucial for mind and body wellness ❤️❤️❤️

    I have tried yoga classes many times and end up quitting because I have difficulty following the movements and feel inept. You explain things so well! I started with your corpse pose video at bedtime and recently added this one to do after my weight training.
