  • This 8-minute Sun Salutations Beach Yoga Flow features Surya Namaskar A & B. We do Sun Salutation A three times and Sun Salutation B 3 times. Each repetition is slightly different. This is great to use as a warm up before another yoga class or a different workout. This class is also a great morning wake-up routine or an energy boost any time of the day. There are soft ocean wave sounds in the background. This video was filmed in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines.

    Thank you for this great traditional flow. WOW, you look like you are doing really great. Could you think about doing an update on your shoulder injury? Inspiring all of us to do what we can on our life's journey safely. I am 75 and have old rotator cuff injuries. I do what I can and you are part of my healing body and mind inspiration. Plus, I am now dealing with first and last 4 vertebrae problems. Old injuries and growing old with mindfulness. Gentle restorative and now Qi gong. One door closes and another opens. :0) Namaste

    Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it! However it went slightly too fast towards the end. Maybe a slower version? Curious to hear of others felt the same, maybe I'm just getting older 🫶😉
