    Easy on the wrists and hands, this wrist free yoga session guarantees a strong yoga practice that does not put weight on the shoulders, arms, and hands.
    👉 There will be no Downward Dog, Plank, or other poses that put pressure on hands or wrists, but we still do a strong core workout.
    Starting in Mountain Pose and ending with a few minutes of Savasana, this 40 minute yoga workout can be easily modified to suit your needs and preferences.
    This wrist free yoga class has no music, but does contain a soft background noise of nature sounds.
    I don't use any props in the class. However, feel free to modify if you need to. You may use a blanket to pad your knees or a block for support (for poses like triangle, bridge, etc.).
