    This is a 30-minute vinyasa flow yoga basics class for both beginners and intermediate yogis. For beginners, this Foundations of Flow class will take you through the common poses you'll find in a typical yoga flow class, with clear instructions on proper form. For intermediate yogis, you can use this as a more gentle practice on your recovery days when you want to take it easy. Also, it's always good to revisit the basics to refine our alignment and deepen our practice in the long run. Please note that there are more instructions and cues than usual for the poses and transitions.
    We start in Mountain pose and go through a standing flow. We go through different options for the vinyasa transition. We'll practice our seated and supine poses and stretches. There are a few minutes of Savasana, our final relaxation pose, and then we close the practice together.

    absolutely love your channel! thank you so much for your work :) I'm a big fan of the practices where you stay in final rest with us, and bring us out calmly instead of ending the video with just music lol the ads always jolt me out!

    Thank you, Maris for your time, knowledge and kind Spirit. I am a new member to your channel. Your directions and guidance are easy to follow and very calming. I like the bird sounds in the background. I am a 73 year old woman that enjoys yoga and at present I am having some issues with my left ankle and wrist. I like it that you remind us to be 'light' on our hands. It makes me more mindful of my amazing body. Also, l like that you give us alternatives. Listening to our own bodies yet getting the benefits of yoga. I noticed you are not doing videos as often as in the past. I hope you don't leave us. Namaste

      Kindly make more 45 min wrist free hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for
      1) detox 2) balance
      3)strength building 4) hip opening
      5)heart opening 6) sacral chakra
      7)all chakras 8) water element
      9) all elements

    Great class and instruction but I couldn’t do a lot of it due to wrist and hand problems. Please do one with no hands!
