I do a 20-30 minute practice after my at home HIIT workouts but when I saw this was a hip opening one I found the 40 minutes and glad I did. My hips feel much more open and less tight now. Thanks Maris. I will return to this one.

Another morning lockdown group session for the WholeHealth team-one of them had requested a hip flexibility practice, and this was perfect. i truly appreciate your yoga sequences. I am healing my shoulder but doing your wrist free flow and you hip openers allow me to stay flexible while I am waiting for my shoulder to heal so I can do full out yoga again. it is frustrating but I so appreciate your flows thank you

Anjaneyasana variation, Malasana, Rajakapotasana, the parallen shin seated pose and Gomukhasana, i just loved it because you have all the poses compiled so well together.... love it love it love it
