    Relieve tension and stiffness in your neck, shoulders, and upper back in this 35-minute gentle yoga stretch and flow class. This is a wonderful "feel good" yoga practice appropriate for all levels! We do various poses and stretches that help release tightness in the upper body. I recommend using a yoga strap (or any belt or small towel will do) in some of the postures. There are a few minutes of relaxation at the end and you are free to stay as long as you like. Enjoy yogis! :)

    Thank you so much for this wonderful practice, Maris. I really loved it! It was so great how you focused on neck and shoulders, but still incorporated the rest of the body into the flow. I feel released, revived, and my neck tension from the day has decreased. I am bookmarking this into my neck and shoulders playlist right now,so I can return to it again 🙏💙

    Yay!! I have been gardening a lot during this isolation and my pecs and biceps sure needed that. It was a good start and a reminder that I need to do this everyday. thank you Maris!

    Wonderful! I really needed that. I am slowly understanding the importance of balance, even within my yoga practice, and knowing to listen to my body on those days it calls me to be gentle. Thank you so much for your lovely teaching style.
