    Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This is a gentle yoga practice at the wall for the lower back, hips, inner thighs, and hamstrings. This stretch routine will help relieve tension and tightness in the lower body. This 30-minute yoga class is also great for stress relief and relaxation. We hold the poses anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes and I leave you with 5 minutes of Savasana music. You can stay in your final relaxation pose as long as you like.

    I love this pose. I will be 70 years old in two years. This has helped my flexibility, my digestive, my relaxation, and so much more. I have been doing this for about five years and it’s the most helpful stretching, meditating, exercise that I do.

    I do this stretch every night for twenty minutes before going to bed. It helps me to sleep like a baby, without depending on sleeping pills, and without a dent in my savings. I've also noticed my clothes that were tight are now looser.

      Thanks for the testimony. I have no interest in rough aggressive hyped up workouts and although I can feel this working it seems to easy to be true.

    This exercise is very good for those who have varicose veins. My leg pain is completely gone. Heart health will improve. It's a lot of fun. Never feel tired. With the support of the wall more time can be done. Thank you very much dear

    My legs and hips were hurting so much that I tried foam roller and it didn’t help. I tried this Practice last night and at the end of 30 minutes the pain was gone. It was magical! 😊

    Stretch and relax in this 30-minute gentle yoga practice done with a wall. This is great for the lower body - hips, hamstrings, inner thighs, and lower back. I thank God I was able to complete this task today. While stretching, I notice one side of my body did seem tighter than the other side. Thank you so much for everything.     Thank God I found your teachings I was in so much pain from my neck to my arms and my lower back for months. My knees were giving up on me as well to the point of no return. But after doing these wonderful pose's I'm relaxed and the pain and pressure is gone I will be sending these routine to all my friends and continue doing your technique as well... thank you....be blessed and keep doing what you do...
